We weren't initially able to agree to a price on the main vehicle we came in for, but Ruslan contacted us several times with other options over the next day. Eventually we located another vehicle that was a bit lower in price while also being certified. We were able to make a deal, and I drove home with the new car shortly there after. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the financing individual was a bit pushy with the extended warranty, which we turned down. Ruslan was also very helpful in finalizing the vehicle's certification and inspections, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasure meeting some of the Dean Team crew, and I look forward to many years with my VW Eos! More

Once inside, these guys were very helpful in assisting me in finding specifically what I was looking for. Mr. Maurice "Reese" Gayden was the Salesperson who helped me. He listened to my wants / needs and searched all of their locations for a vehicle that fit most of my search criteria. After leaving the dealership for yet another showing and returning, Reese had retrieved the vehicle I liked and had it ready for a test drive. I loved it, but wasn't ready for the price haggling.
