Brandy along with her manager Scott formed a relationship with my family and I making us feel like we were not just another sale or checkmark on their monthly stat. We inquired about a 2018 GTI on the internet on Friday afternoon (yesterday) and she had us ready to drive off in the car by noon Saturday. Brandy had the car waiting and ready to test drive. She gave us her undivided attention and treated us like people, not like prey. She was professional and personable.
