The best experience during the worst situation I cannot sing enough praises about Dean Team Hyundai. I had the misfortune of my car loosing acceleration while driving over the weekend. I had it tow I cannot sing enough praises about Dean Team Hyundai. I had the misfortune of my car loosing acceleration while driving over the weekend. I had it towed to a local shop who said that I should reach out to Hyundai first to see if the issue, which turned out to be quite a big one, was covered under warranty. From the moment I spoke with the service department at Dean Team Hyundai I knew I was in good hands. They worked with me as I got the car towed to them and kept me in the loop the entire time. They even let me know about 3 recalls on my car that I did not know bout, and were sure to address those while they had my car. Michele was amazing explaining everything to me. The text alerts kept me informed in real time. They worked with getting me a rental car so that I wouldn't be without while they had to wait for the part to come in. Everything went smoothly and I felt like a valued customer every time I called and spoke to the service department. I didn't have an ounce of bad customer service. I will certainly be taking my car to them again if another problem arises. More

Black Beauty is my beloved 2013 Hyundai Elantra. She was having some issues and I brought her in to Dean Team for a check-up. While getting her check-up, I was ki is my beloved 2013 Hyundai Elantra. She was having some issues and I brought her in to Dean Team for a check-up. While getting her check-up, I was kindly placed into a loaner vehicle so I could get to work. Later in the day, Michele W contacted me to let me know Black Beauty needed a new engine. I was soo devastated but Michele calmed my fears. She explained the process of requesting a new engine since the car was under warranty and arranged a rental vehicle from Enterprise. The process was surprisingly seamless. While waiting for my engine, Michele kept me apprised as each step was completed. I was thankful to know how my baby was doing and appreciated Michele for being so considerate. About 20+ days later Black Beauty was ready to go with her brand new engine. So the moral of the story is: If you want excellent customer service and reputable repairs--- choose Dean Team Hyundai & ask for Michele W. More
Engine Replacement After getting some potentially bad news that my Hyundai Sonata needed a new engine, Dean Team Hyundai really helped by covering under warranty. Even though it took awhile to get the engine in from the manufacturer, I was provided a rental car at no cost and was kept updated regularly by Michele in the Service Department. More

Service Request My experience with Dean Team Service Department was a nightmare. I was told my car would be done at a certain time and that they would call with any My experience with Dean Team Service Department was a nightmare. I was told my car would be done at a certain time and that they would call with any delay, and after using my entire lunch hour to get to the dealership to pick it up, it was still in the shop not even halfway finished (and I arrived almost an hour after the scheduled pick up time). I was told an hour more and the service manager offered to bring it to my work, which I accepted. Well, it took almost 2.5 hours longer and by that time, I was the only person still at work. When I received the text I let them know that I'd be on my way and it was unnecessary to deliver it to me. When I got there my car was nowhere to be found...apparently they were cleaning it for me (please do not text me and tell me my car's done and it's not really done)...done means done and waiting for me. More

Reed went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my experience. I absolutely love Hyundai and the people who have helped me with purchasing a vehicle. This year, I went to get an oil change on my car and left with a Hyundai Tucson, which I love. Reed made sure that I left the dealership yet again happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend dealing with Reed for all your vehicle buying needs. More
