Had a great experience with Andy Miller when we purchased our Hyundai Palisade. Couldn't have found a more honest and kind salesperson. I appreciated the level of integrity and sincerity he displayed through the transaction. Was never pushy like most people imagine car salesmen. Highly recommend asking for him! I felt badly for the extended warranty salesmen, as I know they are in a tough spot to pursue additional revenue by implying that their product you are purchasing may not be as high quality as you'd like. I had to fend off the extended warranty push several times before they realized I didn't want to go with it. Would have preferred maybe one initial push, and maybe a one follow up, but beyond that was a bit much. The manager did honor an online price that I had found on their website that they initially posted in error. For that reason, and for the service of Andy Miller, I'm happy to overlook the extended warranty salesman push, and give the overall dealership 5 stars. More

UPDATE AFTER CALL FROM COLLECTION AGENCY Read the contracts and don't take their "word". I was allowed to turn in my lease vehicle 2 months early for a new lease with this dealership. They told me I would not be responsible for the last 2 months of the lease since I was going to lease with them again. I got the new lease and was on my way. 9 Months later I get a call from a collection agency saying that I still owed 2 months lease payments and personal property tax on my previous car. Along with a small over mileage fee that I was also told "not to worry about". This same thing happened to my brother a few years ago when he traded in early, and when I called the collection agency and told them it was a lease that was turned in early, they have heard this same situation before. With Hyundai Motor Finance having turned this over to a collection agency it shows up as a "Cash Off" on my credit report, which has put a huge hit on my credit rating. My wife and I have always had great credit. My mortgage company was going to lower my interest rate by 1% and after looking at my credit rating could not do it without additional fees. After the dealer made good on their payment to Hyundai Motor Finance and I paid the personal property tax, which I never got a bill for, I am told by Finance that there is nothing they can do and that a "cash off' can be on my credit for up to 7 years. Thanks Dean Team!!!!! More
