My wife bought a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from them in April. I noticed in May that's the brand new SUV was leaking oil at 1500 miles. Had a hard time getting the service department to get the SUV in to b April. I noticed in May that's the brand new SUV was leaking oil at 1500 miles. Had a hard time getting the service department to get the SUV in to be checked out!! Finally was able to get the SUV service and was told by the service department that there was a oil line not completely tighten doing the assembly of the SUV. Need I remind you that we couldn't get a loaner vehicle because none was available!! Two weeks ago 10/09)2021 I noticed that the SUV was still leaking oil again. Contact Dean team service department and again was having a hard time getting the SUV service or a loaner car!! Been on a list for two weeks to get a loaner vehicle because of the oil leak is really bad!! Had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise to back and forwards to work with my own money!! My sales rep Weldon said that is nothing he could do at this point too assist with this situation!! So now I have a brand new SUV sitting in the garage leaking oil everywhere waiting on Dean team to get this situation dealt with!! Too much money have been invested in this vehicle for us to be having this problem and to be treated so poorly by Dean team!! More
