Purchased my first vehicle on my own and the experience was less than desirable and will never purchase from Tommy D. again. I also have no intention on referring anyone. I thought I was in good hands cons was less than desirable and will never purchase from Tommy D. again. I also have no intention on referring anyone. I thought I was in good hands considering the number of accolades Tommy has received over the years but it was far from an award winning experience. He did execute on his deliverables but only after several phone calls and back and forth emails due to a lack of communication on his end with a partnering business. I had to coordinate the deliverable he promised. The communication was extremely poor, and he wasn’t personable or flexible at all. I wish the experience was different because I love the vehicle I purchased but it was a constant battle. More

Not only did he offer me pros and cons of getting into a new lease but also offered me options for buying out my current lease. In the end, Andy and the team, including Ed and Gordon, were able to get me into a brand new lease with little down, virtually the same car payment, and a huge upgrade to a 2023 Tucson SEL Convenience package! They exceeded my expectations once again and I could not be happier with my new car! They made things so easy and painless from start to finish and I absolutely love my new car!
