We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. It is my understanding that the transmission was fixed and that you were told we either do the new inspection or re-imburse you for the cost? Did you make a subsequent visit for the reimbursement. We would have to have the receipt prior to paying the money out. As for the warranty form, I'd be interested in seeing that and discuss it with you further. I'd be happy to receive a scanned copy of the emailed to internetsales@deanteam.com. I look forward to working with you to resolve this matter. Mr. Varnum, I contacted my daughter and gave her your email address. She will be supplying you, within the hour, with another copy of the receipt for the inspection, a scan of the altered warranty, and other documentation. She has already supplied this information to both Mr. Tom Bruschetti and to Mr. Tom Gould of your dealership. Mr. Gould stated to my daughter that he passed the information to both Mr. Bruschetti and to Andy Miller. Neither of these two have contacted her in return, nor has she received reimbursement for the $30 re-inspection. I repeat that this is extremely poor customer service, and that altering a warranty is fraud. Thank you. ~Sue Evans
