After giving our car to our college-bound daughter, we were in desperate need of a newer car. We usually always purchase Chevy or GMC. After suggesting to my husband that we just "look" at the Hyundai's, he was so impressed with the car and Daryyl that we bought it on the spot! He took the time to look at different models and compare the features so we would be sure to get the car that best fits our lifestyle! We ended up purchasing the 2011 Sonata, this is our first brand new car purchase and Daryyl made it extremely easy for us and we even took it home that day! After having the car for a couple of months, I am loving it! It is a very fun car to drive and gets great mileage! Thanks to the Dean Team and to Daryyl for a job well done!!! More
Great people at the Dean Team! I Went in looking for a mediocre commuter car, and they found me a great commuter car at a super low price...the lowest I could find in the city. I went into the dealership looking for a used car with better gas millage and a lower payment. I was looking for a used car to commute back and forth from work. He then also suggested that he had some new 2010 elantras on the lot that with the incentives and discounts I could have a brand new car for about the same price. Since I love to drive a manual transmission that saved me even more money. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and found me what I was looking for and he did one better. He got me into a new 2010 elantra blue with 8 miles on it. I have never bought a brand new car before he made my dreams come true and he probly didn't even relize it. I will deffinatly come back to buy another car there. Darryl was amazing. I have always thought car salesman were out to only make a buck but he proved me wrong. He really went the extra mile to get the perfect car for the perfect price for me. He was very knowlegable about all the cars in every make and model not just the hyundai's. He also educated me on all the awards and the misconceptions that I had about hyundai's. After driving the elantra for the past 4 months I don't think I will drive anything else other than a Hyundai. Thanks to Darryl and all the guys at Dean Team. I have told all my friends about the great deal I got and I suggested to them that they should go see Darryl too.....they won't be dissapointed. More
Due to an unforeseen accident our family was in need of 2 vehicles. After considering 41 vehicles during a 3 1/2 week period, I choose Dean Hyundai based on the price to value over every other manufacturer i vehicles. It was free of pressure, and Tom and Eric went out of their way to help me with selecting the right vehicles for our family. I was able to test drive freely and without hesitation the team was open to our needs and timing. I would recommend Dean Hyundai over any auto dealer in the St Louis area. it was a difficult decision to no longer purchase american but now that I have I am thrilled with the result. More

I have bought five Hyundai's from this dealer (four Elantra's and one Accent) starting in 2001 and I still have a 2010 Elantra Touring SE and A 2010 Accent SE. The sales, service and parts personnel have always been friendly and outgoing (they are almost like family). They have always gone that extra mile to keep me happy and as a customer. I had been to other dealerships on Manchester Rd...It was a toss up between Mazda6 and Ford Fusion. I did my research on all vehciles by this point and my 1st stop was @ Bommarito Mazda. We walked around for several minutes "browsing" and was finally approached by someone who seemed more interested in chatting with co-workers. I wanted to ask a couple of questions but by the time I turned around I could not find him or anyone to help so we decided to go to Bo Beuckmann Ford down the street. Now this was not my idea as my husband had purchased a car a few years back from them and I was not impressed with their service or really anything that they did. Again, we all piled out of the car and walked around (me, my husband and 3 kids)..When I was approached by a salesman he seemed more interested in telling my kids "what not to touch and what not to do" rather than focusing on me...just confirmed what I had thought to begin with..(poor customer service=problems later). So we loaded up the kids and headed further down Manchester Rd. to Dean Hyundai...I was excited when we pulled in...they must have been having some kinda event..all the hoods on the front row of display cars were open..they had balloons tied to cars and music coming from cars too. So once again we all got out of the car and started walking around to find the Sonata's..it could not have been more than a few minutes before we were approached. I was looking at the 2010's and the salesman asked me to "just look at the new redesigned 2011"..Well, thats all it took..once I saw the 2011 Sonata I could not bring myself to go back to the 2010's. He talked me into taking it for a ride, I had to say that all 3 kids fit perfectly in the back seat and were not elbow to elbow. We cruised around and I loved how it handled and the gas mileage was what I was looking for! We came back to the dealership and our salesman asked "What do you think"...and started giving us facts and saftey information on the vehicle. I was impressed and he was so good and patient with my kids. Needless to say I got it! I loved the service and let all my friends and family know (also told them about the less than helpful other places)...Word of mouth really does work..My sister just purchased from them a couple of months ago! Mike McTague was first of all very helpful when I called about a car we found online, it was one of the best deals we had found, he made an extra effort to get us into a car, I'm glad that particular car did not work out, he found us a better deal and had us in it within the next couple days, I have been at dealers before that make you sit for hours talking you into something you really don't want so you cave in to pressure but it wasn't really like that. (Guess thats why I didn't return to that dealer.) I was getting started again after a recent separation and was treated like royalty. Everyone there went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable. LOVE THE WAIT AREA TOO. Eric is awesome in getting us in and out of financial area and worked very hard to get the best financing available for us. We appreciate your hard work. My other son will soon be in and I have 3 other grandchildren to buy for, see you soon. Lynne More

About a year ago we bought a very expensive used truck from Dean Team. We thought they were a big dealer and would not sell a bad vehicle, but we were very wrong. Right off the bat it didn't pass inspec from Dean Team. We thought they were a big dealer and would not sell a bad vehicle, but we were very wrong. Right off the bat it didn't pass inspection because of a problem with the tires. They finally fixed that issue after a lot of arguing. They never even provided a jack for the truck, they wanted to take one from another truck instead of getting one made for that truck. We finally bought the appropriate jack ourselves. Unfortunately I didn't have the patience to deal with them any longer. Then we discovered one problem after another with the vehicle. Talking to friends and family, we soon discovered that this is not uncommon for Dean Team. I would rather ride the bus everywhere, than buy another car from Dean Team. Do not waste your time and money dealing with them. More
