This is the first new car I have purchased in a while and was originally interested in another make of car. However, after seeing the quality of the Hyundai Santa Fe and dealing with Mike McTague I changed m was originally interested in another make of car. However, after seeing the quality of the Hyundai Santa Fe and dealing with Mike McTague I changed my mind and bought the Santa Fe. I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and patient of Mike McTague - he is an excellent sales representative, so much so, that I plan on purchasing a Sonata from him in the next few months and my daughter is going there next week to purchase her first car (she's 16). So as you can see Mike knows how to take care of your customers and make them feel comfortable dealing with him and your dealership. Congratulations on having him with Hyundai! It was absolutely a wonderful experience and one I plan on repeating and referring others to your dealership and Mike McTague. More

In March 2011 we purchased a used van, a 2002 Mazda MPV, In March 2011 we purchased a used van, a 2002 Mazda MPV, for my daughter from Dean Team Hyundai. She found it via an on-line search. I went to look In March 2011 we purchased a used van, a 2002 Mazda MPV, for my daughter from Dean Team Hyundai. She found it via an on-line search. I went to look at it and test drive it. It came with a 2,000-mile/60 days warranty. That same evening, my husband also came in and checked it out. We were told again of the warranty, which was also pasted to the window of the van. He put $500 down on it. The following day (March 8) my daughter and I came to pick it up and give them a check for the balance. We were forced to wait over an hr. She signed various documents, including the warranty, and we were told the papers would all be mailed to her. On the way home, the transmission went out. Dean Team sent a tow truck and provided her with a rental van at no charge. After a week, she tried to find out the status on the repair. After days of phone calls not being returned, one guy finally told her to stop calling and talk to the sales guy (Andy Miller) who she had also left msgs. with. A month later, the car was finally finished. When she picked it up and took it to the license bureau, the inspection was expired. She ended up getting it re-inspected at her own cost, and was told to mail Andy the bill. She has yet to be reimbursed. The inspection showed that the van has a cracked left boot and needs a new left axle. The mechanic at the transmission repair place told her that the boot was already in bad shape when they repaired the tranny, that Dean Team was informed, and that they did/said nothing. She has the receipt from them also stating this. Needless to say, none of her phone calls have been returned. The papers she received in the mail show that the warranty she signed was altered to “As-is, No Warranty” (even though the box showing that there IS a warranty was still checked). This is fraud. Since she has been unsuccessful in getting anyone there to speak with her, she has filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will update this review if/when there is a resolution. My daughter, husband and I were treated extremely rudely by these people, in particular Andy, who raised his voice to me on the phone when I called about the inspection, and basically said that they were doing us a favor by selling us this piece of ___. I wish we had read all the negative reviews before doing business with them. Update: Dealer contacted us late last week (4/15/11). Claimed that reimbursement for inspection was mailed Thursday, still has not been received. Stated will fix van axle. Van was taken there Monday afternoon. Van is still there, not fixed, work in progress. Altered warranty still not addressed. Will update when/if status changes. Update (4/25/11): Axle/boot were repaired and van was returned to my daughter. Reimbursement was received for inspection; had been mailed to wrong address. Verbal promise received from service manager Tom Gould that dealership will honor remainder of altered limited warranty (has approximately two weeks left). Would we buy another vehicle from this company? Absolutely not. In the end, they honored the limited warranty although it took this rating site and my review to get them to do so. Your results, of course, may vary. More
Scott was Professional to work with and stood by his prices. Did not have to deal with the normal nonsense that you find at other dealers. I have been a customer with this Hyundri Dealership for over 10 yrs and I travel 70 miles one way. I have always been treated with the greatest professionalism, the entire staff make me feel at home. Andy has sold me 3 cars now and I feel he is honest and works for me. I consider him a friend. Craig in Service always fits me in, calls me by name and gets me out asap. Tom, the general sales manager, since he started in 07 always greets me and makes me feel I am the only customer in lobby. Not sure about his pick for Super Bowl but still a nice guy..Just kidding Tom. I would give this dealership a overall 5 for sure. More
