Purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Dean Team Hyundia on 5/27. Upon purchase we noted several minor things on the "we owe" sheet for them to fix. Two of these were innoperable rear seats and a missing map 5/27. Upon purchase we noted several minor things on the "we owe" sheet for them to fix. Two of these were innoperable rear seats and a missing map dvd for the navigation. It took them almost three weeks to fix the seats and the remainder of the problems. When we went to go pick up our car that we were told was ready, we discovered there had been damage done to the hood of the vehicle as well as the radio was no longer working. Somehow they did not think we would notice these things? It is impossible to get an answer from them as to when the car will be fixed and ready for us to take home. I am now getting close to 30 days where I am going to have to title the vehicle before I take delivery. Also, got a letter in the mail stating that the car's inspection is out of date and I need to make an appointment to get it inspected. You would think that since they have the car they would just inspect it again. More
