Unlike most "car guys" I really felt he was there to help me get the right vehicle rather than just "get another one on the board" to end his month. A unique and pleasant experience to say the least. Jeff Sanders made the F&I experience (what most people see as "that place in the dealership where they try to sell you all that stuff you don't need") comfortable and relaxing. Again, just like Joe, Jeff was informative but not pushy. Talked with us about options and truly had our needs at the forefront. Not often you go through F&I and have a pleasant experience but that's what we received. Scott Varnum was extremely help in structuring our deal without the typical "if I could would you" and "my manager says this offer is only good today" crap that you deal with at most dealerships. Again, a great experience. The phrase "The Dean Team" is truly what we experienced. I highly recommend these guys and their dealership. Well done gentlemen. You've got a satisfied customer! More
I would highly recommend this dealership. When I was in the market for a new car, I went to the Dean Team. It was my first time there. I told Devin Anderson what my budget was and he worked with us until the market for a new car, I went to the Dean Team. It was my first time there. After the sale of the vehicle, he called the next day to see how everything was going. My purchase was also followed-up by emails from the service department. 1,500 miles later, I had a mishap with a tire. Had the car towed to the Dean Team. They gave me a loaner car free of charge while my vehicle was being repaired. Everyone there goes above & beyond with customer service. I am very, very satisfied with this dealership and my new vehicle. More
I had a great experience with Dean Team Hyundai, and with Ben French in particular. I was looking for a hard-to-find 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track M/T, and the Dean Team had one. I wanted to test drive two Ben French in particular. I was looking for a hard-to-find 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track M/T, and the Dean Team had one. I wanted to test drive two different cars with slightly different specs, and Ben made it happen. He spent two full afternoons with me, making sure all of my questions were answered, and helping get a very good deal. Besides being a great listener and not a huge talker, he is extremely knowledgeable about the product. I had done a lot of research on Gen Coupes, and Ben was able to accurately fill in some of the missing details. If you're hunting a Gen Coupe in the St. Louis area, I would strongly encourage you to seek out Ben and get him on the case! More
Working with Dean Team Hyundai has been one of the most stressful and worst experiences of my life. I purchased a new Sonata from them in January of 2013 that included the platinum service package with oil stressful and worst experiences of my life. I purchased a new Sonata from them in January of 2013 that included the platinum service package with oil changes. All seemed fine until we needed our first oil change a few months later. We brought the car in with the oil change coupon and found out that the VIN numbers didn't match on the coupon and the car. We then found that the wrong VIN was put on all the paperwork for the car and service plan. We had to redo all the paperwork and resign everything. This was a big headache, but I was okay with it as long as the mistake was fixed. Well it wasn't. Around October of 2013, we needed to get another oil change and found that the same problem still existed. Somehow NONE OF THE PAPERWORK GOT FILED THAT WE RESIGNED. So we had to find out what happened and worked with the GM to get it fixed. Through a bunch of new headaches and other communications he finally was able to get it resolved... Or so we thought. Until we brought in the car again today (3/22/14) for an oil change and there still was something wrong in the system with the service plan. I honestly am apathetic at this point and don't trust a soul at the dealership. They say they are looking into it and "Have no idea what happened". Even though I have an email stating that all is good from the GM in October 2013. If the GM can't get it right, then something isn't right with the leadership at this dealership. I'm not sure if they are all just a bunch of uneducated baboons working here and don't understand how to file paperwork correctly or it really is just that difficult to get right. Either way I am not happy. I don't understand how filing paperwork can be this complicated. I understand there was a mistake made, but it should have been fixed THE FIRST TIME! If they can't get something like this right after almost 1.5 years, there is NO WAY I would ever recommend them to anyone or be going back to purchase another car. The only reason I even go back now is because the service plan is through them, but I am going to look to see how I can get rid of that. More

We searched for a new car at several dealerships, including Toyota, Ford, Fiat and others, before actually deciding to business with Devin Anderson at Dean Team Hyundai. The Fact that we skipped over 3 known Hyundai dealerships closer to our home and conducted our business with him, out of state, says a lot. Devin was and continues to be a representative of this dealer who far outshines any rating I can give him on this website. He is knowledgeable, professional, willing to help and strives to be sure his customers are happy while selling us a car at the best possible price. He has even stayed in contact with us after our purchase just to be sure things are going well. We can not have asked for a better experience. I cannot begin to describe Matts' Service. its beyond the highest rating on this website. We came down from our car and Matt seemed very interested to help us unlike the other guy he was with, he did not feel like helping us at all. But Matt stepped forward and took charge of things. He made the office very welcoming and friendly. He made sure he found every possible way to help us in getting a car. Our intent was to just go in and get an idea on how much a car cost and we ended up getting a car at a remarkable good rate. Not only was Matt able to help us with finances but he also explained how going with the plan he proposed will help me in the long run as a newly graduated college student. patience was a good virtue that was displayed and i think that's what all sales rep need. From the time we walked in to when we left, he carried us all the way. i felt like i had him at the back seat of my car telling me what every little feature in the car does. you walk out of that parking lot knowing you have hit the jackpot with Matt.
