Andy Miller went ABOVE and BEYOND in Customer Service. He was recommended by a co-worker, and was just wonderful throughout the entire process. My Mom wanted to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and due to her health, it's really hard for my Mom to get out of the house, let alone to do a huge venture like purchasing a car. From the moment we walked in, Andy assisted us to a table where we discussed the car my Mom was interested in purchasing. From there, he got the car for us to test-drive, then was wonderful during the entire purchasing process. He was so patient with explaining everything and we left with no questions. He also emphasized that if my daughter had any questions, she was welcome to come see him and he would go over anything with her. I would, without a doubt, HIGHLY recommend the Dean Team, and Andy Miller, to anyone who was interested in purchasing a car. More
With this being the first time I was nervous about the whole process. The sales representative was very helpful, he answered all of my questions and gave time for me to discuss with my parents. I was pleased with the offers made, and there was never any pressure to buy. Customer service was top of the line, drinks were offered, facility was nice and clean, and I was even allowed to print my pay check stubs from the dealership. Walked in off the street to look for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata (New). They had a few to choose from but none were of the GLS models. Jeff Nowak mentioned the had some good deals on the 2013 Sonata GLS as Sonata (New). They had a few to choose from but none were of the GLS models. Jeff Nowak mentioned the had some good deals on the 2013 Sonata GLS as well. I stated that I was interested and he gave me several colors to look at and I told him the price I was willing to pay for a NEW car all in. He went to his sales manager and came back at a price that was $298 over what I was asking. After discussing more and asking to stay firm they came back that they could not come in lower as it was the best they could do. I went with the car at the price as it was only $798 more than I tried to buy a NEW 2012 Hyundai (w/ 7,600) Sonata GLS from a competiter who said...."We can't loose money on the car" when their price was $1,700 more than Dean Team's Huyndai price on a 2013 NEW Sonata. I appreciate them being up front and responding to my offer instead of leading me on like their competitor tried to do. They are awesome and will probably drive up to STL to buy from them again one day. Well worth a 2 Hour drive to get a Great car at an AWESOME PRICE. More

FEARING THE HASSLE AND THE PRES DEALING WITH ANDY WAS A PLEASURE . WE ALL KNOW WHAT THE FEELING WAS LIKE WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR . FEARING THE HASSLE AND THE PRESSURE THAT COMES WITH IT . AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, YOU MIGHT FEEL LIKE YOU WERE PUSHED IN A DIRECTION NOT IN YOUR FAVOR . THAT FEELING "IS" IN THE PAST, AFTER DEALING WITH ANDY AND THE DEAN TEAM. I WAS OFFERED NOT ONLY TO TAKE A TEST DRIVE IN THE AZERA THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN , BUT ALSO TO TAKE IT HOME OVER NIGHT SO THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO CHECK THE CAR OUT TO THE MAX. THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING A DECISION. AFTER ANDY EXPLAINED THE "AFTER SALES SERVICE" AND ALWAYS HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO CALL HIM ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CAR AND FEELING THAT I WAS OFFERED A FAIR PRICE . I KNEW IT WAS TIME TO SIGN OFF ON THE DEAL . THANKS AGAIN ANDY ! More

Ed Holthaus responded very quickly to internet inquiry. He was very friendly and had a vehicle ready for me to test drive when I got off work later that evening. Ed was VERY PATIENT AND COOPERATIVE as my husband and I tried to gather all the qualifying paperwork for some rebates. He was very flexible as our closing appointments on the car changed several times due to work schedule and our inability to gather quickly some paperwork needed. On the final day, he had all the paperwork prepared as much as possible in consideration of our time contraints. I have already referred him to two people who may be in the market for a new car soon. I am also planning (for the first time in my life) to let the dealership handle my maintenance and repair needs. More
