I shopped all over St. Louis looking for a new compact car to replace the family minivan. I test drove Ford Focus, Toyota Corolla, Chevy Cruze and Honda Civic. I felt the Elantra was the most fun to dri car to replace the family minivan. I test drove Ford Focus, Toyota Corolla, Chevy Cruze and Honda Civic. I felt the Elantra was the most fun to drive and offered a lot of trunk room to haul things. I felt very welcomed at Dean Team and there was no pressure to buy what was on their lot. Ryan test drove the Sonata Hybrid with me which I loved, but decided to get the Elantra instead because of the price point. When they didn't have the color and features that I wanted on their lot, Adam researched where to find what I wanted. Unfortunately it took longer than expected to receive the car, but they gave me a demo car to drive during the waiting period. My only complaint was not having a second finance person available, so I had to wait a significant amount of time to do the final paperwork. I would recommend having a second finance person available on the last day of the month when sales are crazy. Adam has been very good with following up with me with concerns following the purchase of the car. More

It IS fast and powerful enough! Ben French was very patient with all my questions & went the extra mile to teach me about my new Santa Fe Sport. He really "had my back" as I shopped and considered various vehicles. Mostly importantly, Ben is honest. Honesty is a rare quality in auto sales. I'm equally pleased with Scott Varnum. He is very patient and kind. Kindness is not something you come across often nowadays. Thanks to EVERYONE at Dean Team who offered words of encouragement and assurance as I went through the very stressful process of purchasing a new auto. More
I contacted several Hyundai dealerships looking for a very specific configuration of the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Other dealers seemed more concerned with trying to sell me the car "they" wanted to s very specific configuration of the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Other dealers seemed more concerned with trying to sell me the car "they" wanted to sell rather than trying to find the car "I" wanted to buy. Adam Novik, however, listened to what I wanted and contacted dealerships all over the midwest in an attempt to have the specific vehicle I wanted shipped to his dealership. It took a little longer than expected to have my vehicle shipped to Dean Team, but Dean Team graciously allowed me to use a demo vehicle while they were trying to procure my vehicle from an out-of-state dealership. I am very pleased with my new Sante Fe Sport and with Adam's efforts in procuring the vehicle for me. When I went to the dealership to take delivery of my new Santa Fe Sport I met with Darryl Varnum. Darryl showed me many of the features of my new vehicle and helped me set up my blue tooth and blue link accounts. Although I already had financing when I arrived at the dealership, finance manager Scott Varnum was able to find me a loan from a local bank with a better interest rate than the loan. Finally, I met with general manager Tom Fascetti before leaving with my new Santa Fe Sport. Tom discussed the various services offered by Deam Team's service department as well as some of the features of my new Santa Fe Sport. My experience with Dean Team was excellent. The staff is friendly and they found the specific vehicle I wanted at a great price. Great job guys. More
I worked with Adam to buy a vehicle remotely from Boston since I wanted to have the purchase completed by the time I relocated to St. Louis. I received quotes and had conversations with every dealership but Adam and DeanTeam Hyundai offered the quickest, most transparent, and highest quality service by far. Throughout the entire process he was honest and transparent about the costs, fees, and finance process. Ultimately I chose to purchase my Elantra GT from Adam even though another dealership gave me a slightly lower quote. In my mind the customer service from both Adam and DeanTeam Hyundai was well worth the difference. I gave 5 stars for everything minus the price because it was slightly higher than its competitors to the tune of $500. But as I mentioned earlier, it was more than worth it. More

My 2013 Hyundai Elantra was brought into your dealership for what I thought was a flat tire. After thorough examination of my vehicle it was found that I had a bent tie rod that went un-diagnosed since October of 2012 from Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville. I have been driving my vehicle with the need of this repair for 9 months which was unsafe! Due the diligence of Sean Behymer to make sure my vehicle was safe this repair was found. I feel Sean Behymer was more than accommodating in providing me with the best service experience possible. This is my second Hyundai and after the experience I have had with your dealership I will be sure to recommend your dealership and service department to everyone.
