My experience with Dean Team was a great one. As with most people we go into a dealership with our guard up expecting to be looked upon as prey for some vultures. My salesman Kurt Convey was a gracious and personable man who I knew from 'hello' he was there to help me and not himself. That speaks volumes about this dealership and the quality of their staff. They are friendly, listen to your needs and don't lay on the high pressure sales tactics I've experienced at other dealerships. I purchased tinted windows, and while they were working on my car they gave me a free loaner. When I picked up my vehicle it was cleaned and the tank was full of gas. After dealing with a Volvo dealer in the past that lacked any and all customer service, I never realized working with a dealer could be so easy and hassle free. I will be bringing my car here for all maintenance and we will be purchasing another car from these guys when the time comes for my husband to get a new car. More
