Both dealerships enforced the stereotypical used car dealer aura. After talking several times to Jack at Dean team, in which he straight forward told me that he couldn't sell me a car for the price that either of those dealerships had advertised. I went to visit him after giving up on the other two and made a deal in one visit on a great car at a fantastic price with no B.S. lies like I received from the others. Definitely will recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a Hyundai in the future. More

Sometimes during a test drive dealers can make that initial drive a little awkward, not Ryan! I was comfortable with him from the initial greeting! Neither Adam or Ryan were pushy, which was a huge plus in my book! I walked in with 2 different cars in mind ending up test driving a sonata and walked out in love with the car! Shopped around a bit and I just couldn't get the same initial feeling I had at the Dean Team! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai. They answered all my questions, gave me all their attention and never tried to "up-sell" me to another model. They allowed me to have the car for an extended drive as I wanted to verify the mileage -- 40mpg from Ballwin to Augusta and back! When I asked via email about the exact cost of an Elantra w/ premium package, they provided an exact cost (nothing ambiguous here). When I purchased the car, I paid that exact cost + the cost for the floor mats and an administrative fee. I never felt like I was tricked, deceived or taken advantage of. They provided a comprehensive explanation of the 5 yr warranty and how to stay in compliance to maintain the warranty. They went over all the features of the car, including pairing the phone. Lastly, they explained that this dealership offers some nice perks like: free state inspections, free car washes and oil changes at cost. I truly hope their service dept is as good as their sales dept. More

First of all, when we were in the lot, not one salesperson came out. We had to go into the dealership to find one. Andy was very friendly and personable (I expect that anyway, so it's not really salesperson came out. We had to go into the dealership to find one. Andy was very friendly and personable (I expect that anyway, so it's not really a special trait). The test drive went well and we decided to make a deal on the 2008 Trailblazer. Inside the dealership, we had to wait and wait and wait. One thing I will say, my bad, they gave us a very lowball trade on our 2007 Chevy Silverado that had only 11,000 miles on it! Gave us $6500, selling it for $14,477!! Highway robbery! The rear tires on the Trailblazer were almost down to the tread (I always do the penny test) and they gave us a whopping $140 per tire credit. Just spent $450 to put two new Michelin (that is what is on the front) on the back. Really? You're a car dealership and have no idea how much two new comparable tires are going to cost??? Each and every time I have purchased a vehicle, it has been washed and is delivered with a full tank of gas. This place, no dice! I would never recommend this dealership. These folks are dumb as foxes, beware. Wish it would have been a better 4 to 5 hours of our time. More
Was not told about lack of spare tire in vehicle trunk. Had to find that out a week later when I checked on it. Never owned a car without a spare and it's not comforting. Was willing to bring the vehicle back within a week with only 100 miles on it and scratch the deal, due to other quality issues only noticed upon ownership but was not given the opportunity. Would not own or recommend a Hyundai again, nor recommend this dealership. More
The initial sales visit went very well. I was not overly pressured to purchase a car, was given a good price, and good information. I have only had some minor issues (e.g. sending the second key fob, clarifying loan information, etc), but find it nearly impossible to get someone to help me. I will call multiple times without getting a hold of anyone. Nobody returns my calls. The folks I find don't want to help. I have eventually solved most issues by going to a different dealer, but it should never have come to that. I've still got one issue that I'm waiting on Dean Team for help. I've got my fingers crossed that I'll reach someone some day. More

I purchased a used 2005 BMW 330 xi online based on photos and the sales representatives description. They worked with me a bit on my budget and they also assisted in making sure I could get the vehicle relatively quickly by shipping it from Ballwin MO to Centennial CO. The most important part of the entire process was that they stood behind the sale after the transaction. They followed up to make sure the vehicle was what I expected and worked with me to make sure all of my expectations were met. Management as well as the sales representative took the steps to insure a completely positive experience. Would I recommend the dealership. Yes I would. Would I recommend Charlie Clarke.
