I was in Colorado Springs, CO visiting my 90 year old father and decided it was time for a new car. The car I was driving was a 2000 Camry with 230,000 miles on it. It is still a great car and probably has at least another 1000 miles on it but little inexpensive inconvenient things were starting to occur. My last purchase of a NEW car was in 1973 when I got a Buick LaSabre. Since then I'd always purchased pre-oned and usually from an individual. I contacted Auto bytel and soon had five dealers contacting me. All were good low pressure but Ben French at Dean Team was by far the best. Ben made sure I got the best price and the exact car I wanted. I did the whole process via e-mail and phone calls and never met Ben or Adam until I picked up the car. I did not have a trade in and was paying cash. Ben even told me I could put up to $3000 on a credit card to get points and it would still be a cash sale. THE IRONIC THING IS, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT DEAN TEAM SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHEN I MY WIFE AND I WERE LOOKING FOR A NEW /USED CAR FOR HER AND I SWORE MY SHADOW WOULD NEVERDARKEN THEIR DOORWAY AGAIN. I purchased two cars from dean team, the first a sonata and the experience was fine except they did not install the license plate bracket and trying to get that installed required a special ticket from sal and the experience was fine except they did not install the license plate bracket and trying to get that installed required a special ticket from sales to the service dept. then I purchased a second car a elantra w/ remote start, I had to come back to have the remote start installed, so upon my return and waiting an hour they said the part was not in, they gave me a rental and told me to leave my car and it would be done in a few days, they then called and told me the factory remote start for a 2013 elantra did not have harness designed yet? So when one became available then they would install it? this is very was very frustrating and I complained that I purchased the car w/ this feature and now I have to wait till who knows when, well upon numerous attempts to contact sales, no one got back to me, they seemed to avoid me, finally I got a hold of my sales person and he finally got them to agree to install an aftermarket remote start, well I planned on bringing my daughter car the elantra up to have it installed and get another loaner, so I gave my daughter my pilot because she had an a.c.t. test that day, I got to the dealer waited another hour then asked if I could get an suv to replace mine that she was driving because I was taking my family of 6 out that day I didn't have my suv because I gave it to her so I could get this installed, there response was this, we don't want to loan out a suv because the weather is bad and we sell more suv's in bad weather, I told them it could be minivan, used, I didn't care just needed six passengers, NOPE could not do that for the customer who bought 2 cars in 30 days, had to return to the dealer twice to get what was already paid for? DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!, So after an hour I just left w/ my car, no remote start and went to exchange cars w/ my daughter, the sales person called me because I left and said I will have my G.M. call you, NOPE not even a call, The reason I am putting this out there is to let people know, don't take delivery based on promises or figure they are going to follow through w/ what they say, you’re a # and once the transaction takes place, then you are an annoyance! More

Ben was very professional, yet had a sense of humor. I purchased a used Toyota Prius and he worked with me to get the price to where I needed it. All the paperwork and the car was ready when I arrived to purchased a used Toyota Prius and he worked with me to get the price to where I needed it. Its because of their service dept that I will never buy another Hyundai. I have given them 3 opportunities to fix easy issues and they just couldnt find the time for me. The latest issue was a burnt out another Hyundai. I have given them 3 opportunities to fix easy issues and they just couldnt find the time for me. The latest issue was a burnt out headlight that would have taken 10 minutes to fix. I was told to wait a week to get an appt. Not acceptable. I have decided to service my car elsewhere from now on. Its not worth the frusteration. One more thing..... they are closed on weekends. Does everybody have time to take from work to get their car serviced? More

However, with the patience of Mike Wright, I test drove yet another car, the Hyundai Genesis 5.0 and almost immediately decided this was the car for me. The customer service was great as Mike was able to answer all my questions and gave me additional information about comparing different cars to help me make a decision. Adding in a great deal on an awesome car, I am very happy with my overall experience and would highly recommend buying a car from Mike Wright at Dean Team Hyundai!!! More

We shopped another Hyundai dealer prior to visiting Dean Team. We were treated disrespectfully. The sales person was very assuming and seemed confident he had the sale "in the bag." When we found Dean Team, we were originally looking for a used car, but quickly found we could purchase new for the same amount. Paul was amazingly patient with us. We test drove 3 cars and redrove 2 of the 3. He encouraged us to take our time because it is a big decision when making this purchase. We added a sunroof, window tinting and paint protection to our new car. During this process, he gave us a beautiful Genesis coupe to drive. He called each day while our car was getting ready, just to give us the status and estimated time of delivery. Paul is a gem! As a matter of fact, everyone at Dean Team was kind and considerate. I appreciate that, because I am a woman and I with many of my friends feel that can buying can be very intimidating to women. Dean team did nothing of the sort. I will highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
