Instead of me dropping my car off after the zoo, he offered to pick up my car from work while I was working to fix the light that they neglected to do in the first place. He said he would call me at 11:00am to let me know that someone was on the way. Tuesday 4/10/23: No one called until closer to 12:00pm and no one showed up to get my car for almost an hour after that. I got off work around 2:30 and had to find a ride home because my car still wasn’t back. Hours go by when I get a knock on my door. A man handed me my keys and said he left my car in guest parking which isn’t close instead of bringing it to my condo… ALL of this being ridiculous, I call Wade requesting that he knocked off the oil change after having to deal with this horrendous experience. He flat out said no, I won’t do that for you. I believe we went above and beyond for you today but I can give you a free oil change next time. After the unprofessional phone call ended, I reviewed my receipt once again and noticed that I was indeed charged for the labor that Wade claims to have knocked off. Mistake #6. Since then, I have called twice 2 weeks in a row and left a message for the general manager Matt to discuss these issues and have yet to hear back from anyone. More
