I just purchased my 2008 Nissan Armada and I cannot be happier. I was first greeted by Tom the General Manager, who quickly got a salesman Mike Ely to work with me. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the Armada even though they're a Hyundai dealer. I was pleasantly surprised by that. Mike was not pushy and when I was ready to make the decision, days later, they had the Armada cleaned up real nice and ready and waiting for me to go meet Richard Martin in Finance. Who was yet another nice, great guy to work with. Thanks Dean Team, for getting me into my dream SUV. More

So I'm taking back my negative review. After having an issue, I was treated really well by not just the service department but the GM Tom Fascetti. Its why I've gone back three times for cars there. Terrible experience. Everything was bad, from the communication, to the negotiation, to the price. I was lied to several times, and was made promises that were not kept. I have never had such as ter communication, to the negotiation, to the price. I was lied to several times, and was made promises that were not kept. I have never had such as terrible experience with a dealership. I dealt with 4 or 5 different salespeople at different points and they were all very similar. Do not trust them, they will do anything they can, unethical or not, to get every penny they can. I would recommend if at all possible to go to one of the many other Hyundai dealers in town. Please trust me. Please, please, please try another dealer first if you can. More
Buying a car can be a painful experience, but Mike Matague, and the Dean Team made it the opposite.
