Terrible experience. Everything was bad, from the communication, to the negotiation, to the price. I was lied to several times, and was made promises that were not kept. I have never had such as terrible experience with a dealership. I dealt with 4 or 5 different salespeople at different points and they were all very similar. Do not trust them, they will do anything they can, unethical or not, to get every penny they can. I would recommend if at all possible to go to one of the many other Hyundai dealers in town.
