Great Service Advisor in Michele Wagner My wife's 2012 sonata turbo had the check engine light go on last Friday, Thought I'd have a hassle getting an appointment at the last minute. Made My wife's 2012 sonata turbo had the check engine light go on last Friday, Thought I'd have a hassle getting an appointment at the last minute. Made a 7:30 at opening (7:00am) on Monday. Told me it would take an hour to find the cause. Michele advised me only 30 minutes later of a sensor need replacement and they could also do a recall at the same time. Michele advised me every step of the way and finshed in less time than projected. I top of that I got a first class wash/clean. That's rare anymore. I had a couple of minor issues with routine services in the past so my faith in Dean Team is fully restored. I don't normally recommend services or products to friends but I own two Hyundai's and would recommend the maker and dealer if anyone ask. Thank you Michele. She really appreciated both his attentiveness and his low-key approach. There was never any feeling of a hard-sell - the Dean Team guys really treated us with respect as potential customers, not as dumb targets for a fast sale. When it came to finding the car, my wife was very specific in the options and color she wanted, and Adam Novik really worked hard to find our car in another state, and then get it driven to the dealership, cleaned up, and ready for us. Excellent job, guys - thank you! Later addition: went back to the dealership to go over all the car controls and the nav system and bluelink features (we couldn't do that at initial delivery because of a schedule conflict on our part). Had an outstanding session with Kurt Gieselman, who did an excellent job of explaining things and making recommendations. Great job Kurt, thanks! More

Dean Team Hyundai...... The ONLY Dealership I'll Work With! First Thing's First, When you walk in the place, It's very clean, modern, and comfortable to be there. The staff are always on their game and willing to work with you. They aren't the "pushy" car dealers that you would expect, It's very relaxed, as far as the buying experience. All of the cars on the lot are in great condition, are clean, and are priced reasonably. Regarding my purchase, Mike and Paul were wonderful to work with. They got me in a car and financed fast! The power mirror wouldn't work right before I bought it, but not to worry, the fellas at dean team fixed her up really nice. Now I'm rollin' around in style! Thanks Dean Team Hyundai!!! More
