Above and beyond I bought my second Hyundai (this time a 2015 Elantra) from Mike Ely at Dean Team Hyundai at the end of March. He sold my husband and I each Sonatas ( I bought my second Hyundai (this time a 2015 Elantra) from Mike Ely at Dean Team Hyundai at the end of March. He sold my husband and I each Sonatas (one white and one black) in 2012, and has since sold cars to our friends and family as well. He has always been absolutely wonderful and finds exactly what we need, so I didn't hesitate to buy from him again when I was ready for a new car in March. The day after I made my first payment, I was rear-ended. This was the first time I had ever purchased gap insurance, so I texted Mike and thanked him for making sure I had! I never expected the amazing service I experienced afterwards. He brought a loaner vehicle to my house the next day to keep me from having to deal with the hassle of a rental, and immediately began searching for a new vehicle for me. The insurance company I was dealing with was slow, but Mike and Tom Fascetti (the manager) were patient as I waited to find out if my car was a total loss. Mike found a car for me and kept in contact, making sure I was ok and letting me know he was there to help me with anything I needed. Almost two weeks later, I found out my car was deemed a total loss, and just signed the papers on my third Hyundai from Mike Ely at Dean Team Hyundai! Everyone from Mike to Tom to Scott Varnum in finance have gone above and beyond to make this unexpected purchase smooth and easy. My husband is next in line to buy a car and will be buying one from Mike in the next couple of weeks!!! Thank you so much Mike Ely and the whole Dean Team Hyundai team for EVERYTHING! From the very beginning, Darryl Varnum and Adam Novik took the time to properly assess our needs and wants from our next vehicle purchase, and Scott Varnum wrote the sale up per our specific demands with class. They made it well worth the hour drive from our Lincoln County residence to test drive, negotiate, and finalize our new vehicle purchase, in a quick and timely manner. They were confident they could deliver what they promised via email and phone conversations, and over-delivered on their claims. That is what customer service is to us: delivering on the claims that were made, and going beyond our expectations of how customers should be treated.
