They didn't have the exact one I wanted in stock, so they found it and had it brought in for me... The color and features are perfect for me. Andy Miller did a great job showing me everything the car does. He even sat with me and set up the free blue link trial and then went over every feature and how to use it. (There are a lot of them) Richard in Finance was great. I got a great rate and the finance process was so smooth I couldn't believe it. He explained my options for extended warranties but did not pressure me. They even gave me a really good price on my Tahoe that I traded in. That was a big relief... Not having to sell it myself on craigslist or somewhere else. Getting what I wanted for my trade-in was Huge! I highly recommend Dean Team Hyundai if you are in the market for a new car! Everyone in the building is Awesome! More

Adam was great at replying to emails and helping me go over figures on first a Sonata and then the Elantra. I ended up purchasing an Elantra and love it! Kurt was great...he went over everything in my new car and even helped me sync my phone to my car and got my Pandora going! :) Kurt was also super patient while I was looking at different cars and deciding on colors. What a great team! Also when visiting the dealership, several salesmen came up to me to talk about my car search and made me feel very welcome! More

Bad, bad, bad Came to the dealership to purchase a Hyundai Sonata Sport. Zack meet us at the door and he walked us around, showing us cars and different options. We Came to the dealership to purchase a Hyundai Sonata Sport. Zack meet us at the door and he walked us around, showing us cars and different options. We left to shop around and came back a second time. Spoke with Zack and asked for the bottom line price. He said, it would be no problem and quoted us an amazing deal. He wrote it down and we went to visit another dealership. After much discussion, we went back a third time and told Zack, we wanted to buy the car for the price he quoted. All of a sudden, the excuses were coming left and right. First, the prices quoted could not be honoured. Second, the car was recently sold that we were considering. Ten minutes later, he pulls a car around which was the same exact car he showed us before to sell us. Third, he said he made a mistake. I understand mistakes. Own it, fix it and move forward. Not, continue to lie and cover up the error. It gets better. So they bring out Mike Wright. Mike spoke a good game, but was rude to my wife and I in his attempt to save Zack. He spoke about the mistake in judgment, how they grew up together and Zacks father being responsible for getting them into the car selling business. Mike continued to say how he was working for us and how they wouldn't let that car go for the quoted price. Then, he told my wife to basically stop talking and listen to him. After all of that, he told me I wasn't playing the game right. I will NOT recommend Dean Team or this dealership to anyone I know. Good character is being over shadowed by greed and dishonestly. Also, I received an email wanting to discuss financing and sales options from this location. How about we talk about the poor treatment. Lastly, the review below may be a cover up. More

Phenomenal Buying Experience Several weeks ago my husband and I purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Dean Hyundai in Ballwin, MO. We love the car. But we loved even more the Several weeks ago my husband and I purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Dean Hyundai in Ballwin, MO. We love the car. But we loved even more the whole sales, financing, and servicing experience. Ben French was our sales person. He was knowledgeable not only about the Sonata's specs, but also the Elantra's and the Genesis'. He was patient and listened well to our questions, answering every one of them in customer friendly, understanding language. Effective salesman that he is, Ben struck with us just the right balance, allowing us time to process his information yet simultaneously helping us move toward making a decision to buy. It was easy to see that Ben has good instincts for customers as well as being well trained and mentored. Our experience with financing the Sonata was as excellent. Scott Varnum was personable and also "knew his stuff". He outlined the financing process as well as detailing the options available to us. He gained our confidence when he" delivered" the best options in a timely, competent, and efficient manner. We like this in the person who is dealing with our money :-) Furthermore, so far, everything Scott said about the dealership's great service department has been correct. The service manager did a fantastic job of orienting us to the car upon delivery. A follow-up visit to better understand the android phone and and car synching went just as well. All in all, our experience with the Dean Hyundai Team has been phenomenal. This is probably the 12th car my husband and I have purchased in our lifetime, so we have many other experiences to compare with this one! At Dean, everyone "on the floor" of the dealership was helpful. Each person was willing to "go that extra mile" to help or get us to a colleague who could help. They were a team, but also seemed like a caring family. Most importantly, they made us feel like we joined their family.....the Dean Auto Family. So far, we have been pleased to become part of that "family". We think that in any venue, extraordinary service should be recognized. We hope Hyundai has established a way to do this. Nord62014 More

It was an hour and thirty fi I searched for used Hyundai Sonata Limited's online for a couple months and finally found one beauty that caught my eye. It was an hour and thirty five minute drive for me to Ballwin Missouri and I thought if would make a nice Friday road trip for the girls and I. We drove to Dean Team Hyundai where we were greeted with friendly staff and that is when I met Eric. He has a great personality and wonderful people skills and offers a positive attitude with patience and is willing to answer or find the answer to any question asked. The girls and I enjoyed his company and had a few laughs with him as well. He introduced me to the finance manager and he worked well with me explaining the difference in warranties etc. I left there feeling very confident about my purchase and will gladly send my friends and relatives to them. The dealership is very clean and offers a nice selection of used and new vehicles. I recommend them to anyone because the atmosphere is welcoming and the deals are great as well. More
