Paul took better care of me and my new-used car than I ever would have done for myself. I gave Paul my budget and 'must-have's'. He would go to auction with my needs in mind. It took a few weeks for the 'right' car to appear. He called me early one morning and said come on in a car just came in last night that you might be interested in. When I saw the car and drove the car - I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. And, I'm still smiling. Then, he suggested that we take care of some items to make this car 'like new'. So, I agreed to pay more to have some work done to make it 'like new'. During looking and test driving process I would call Paul and say, "what about xyz' and Paul knew immediately the pros and cons of ALL cars. He is the most knowledgeable car man I have ever met. He is patient, will shoot-it-straight with me and found me a car FAR superior than what I had in mind for myself. I look forward to working with Paul again... and I fear it will be many many years because this car is so perfect. I am referring my friends and family to Paul Thoman. (On my must have's - heated seats... he got me cooling seats, too. I never knew there was such a thing - it was a delightful surprise. There are many more concrete examples.. and, I think you get the idea.) More

Mike Wright is a gem I decided to work with Mike because of his phone calls. He DSID NOT PRESSURE, which would have turned me off. He offered to help, answered questions I decided to work with Mike because of his phone calls. He DSID NOT PRESSURE, which would have turned me off. He offered to help, answered questions, let me have the car I was looking at for a couple of days, and that sold me on him/car. Too often the only chance to drive the car is around a few blocks with the salesperson in the car. I had a chance to see that I liked the car, looked forward to owning it, and was making the right decision. Everyone else in the dealership supported Mike, and the deal was cut. We returned a call to one dealer that didn't even answer their phone --- we called back a few hours later, and STILL no one answered their phone. Crossed them off our list. We met our salesman Mark Durham at Dean Team Hyundai, and liked everything about him! He didn't pressure us, and was a genuinely nice guy. He answered all our questions, took us for a ride, and we were sold! Nice job! More
