Mike Wright is a gem I decided to work with Mike because of his phone calls. He DSID NOT PRESSURE, which would have turned me off. He offered to help, answered questions I decided to work with Mike because of his phone calls. He DSID NOT PRESSURE, which would have turned me off. He offered to help, answered questions, let me have the car I was looking at for a couple of days, and that sold me on him/car. Too often the only chance to drive the car is around a few blocks with the salesperson in the car. I had a chance to see that I liked the car, looked forward to owning it, and was making the right decision. Everyone else in the dealership supported Mike, and the deal was cut. Finance guy Scott was good to work with, and explained things well. More

We returned a call to one dealer that didn't even answer their phone --- we called back a few hours later, and STILL no one answered their phone. Crossed them off our list. We met our salesman Mark Durham at Dean Team Hyundai, and liked everything about him! He didn't pressure us, and was a genuinely nice guy. He answered all our questions, took us for a ride, and we were sold! Nice job! More

I love my new 2014 Hyundai Sonata & when it came to getting a new vehicle, I went back to Andy because he had helped me with my 2012 Hyundai Tucson & I love my new 2014 Hyundai Sonata & when it came to getting a new vehicle, I went back to Andy because he had helped me with my 2012 Hyundai Tucson & I knew I could trust him and that he would take good care of me. Andy wants to make sure that you get exactly the vehicle you are wanting & when the St. Louis area did not have the charcoal grey color that I wanted, he found it for me in Kansas City & sent a driver there to pick it up. I feel that I can always negotiate a fair price for my vehicles with Andy & it is a "Win, Win" situation for both myself & the dealership. Since I was a repeat customer, I also received a $500 discount on the price of my car. When it came time to sign my lease & go over the documents, their Financial Service Rep., Scott Varnum was also great to work with. He was thorough & explained each document that my husband & I had to sign. You will never go wrong, by choosing to buy your next car from the Dean Team Hyundai dealership.
