We bought a 2015 Hyundai Santa sport My wife and I went in the ellisville, Dean Team Hyundai. And we looked at the cars that they had in the show room. Adam cam out and introduce him self to us Very nice guy but our sales person was Ben French he showed us all the cars and it was cold out I mean cold and there was no hesitation on his part to be out there showing us cars. We came back the next day because the color we wanted wasn't there. When we came back the next morning Ben had the car all clean and we bought our new car. Just wanted to thank Ben, Adam and all the other people we meet there and a big thank you for our new car we love it More
No Customer Service I bought a Sonata last year from Devin Anderson. I'm writing this now because I just received a service email from Devin although he apparently no lon I bought a Sonata last year from Devin Anderson. I'm writing this now because I just received a service email from Devin although he apparently no longer works there. Had a couple of issues regarding the wheels and tires on the car. Devin could not satisfy the issues so I tried to contact the General Manager, Tom Fascetti. He did not respond to voice mails left or emails sent. Superior customer service starts with management. I can tell you by my experience the Dean Team has poor customer service. In my opinion, it's not worthing saving a few dollars. More
Purchased a 2015 Sonata Limited Nov 15,2014 I made an internet inquiry, and even though it was after hours, I received an auto replay within the hour. I called the dealership after the hour the I made an internet inquiry, and even though it was after hours, I received an auto replay within the hour. I called the dealership after the hour they open, and spoke with the internet manager. Within a few minutes I had a new price quote. I went to the dealership about 3 hours later, and was greeted in a manner by Adam, the Internet Manager, Justin my sales rep, and Scott the Business manager. I received attention and my expectations were exceeded in every way. They assisted me in returning my rental car as my car had been appraised as a total loss by my insurance company. Justin guided me to the closest station to fill the rental car with gas and waited for me with my new car while I turned in the rental. They are a member of the USAA Car Buyer Group, and I heartily recommend this dealership. More

Above and Beyond Paul Thoman is on the TOP of my Thanksgiving Gratitude List this year. Paul took better care of me and my new-used car than I ever would have done fo Paul Thoman is on the TOP of my Thanksgiving Gratitude List this year. Paul took better care of me and my new-used car than I ever would have done for myself. I gave Paul my budget and 'must-have's'. He would go to auction with my needs in mind. It took a few weeks for the 'right' car to appear. He called me early one morning and said come on in a car just came in last night that you might be interested in. When I saw the car and drove the car - I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. And, I'm still smiling. Then, he suggested that we take care of some items to make this car 'like new'. So, I agreed to pay more to have some work done to make it 'like new'. During looking and test driving process I would call Paul and say, "what about xyz' and Paul knew immediately the pros and cons of ALL cars. He is the most knowledgeable car man I have ever met. He is patient, will shoot-it-straight with me and found me a car FAR superior than what I had in mind for myself. I look forward to working with Paul again... and I fear it will be many many years because this car is so perfect. I am referring my friends and family to Paul Thoman. (On my must have's - heated seats... he got me cooling seats, too. I never knew there was such a thing - it was a delightful surprise. There are many more concrete examples.. and, I think you get the idea.) More
