From the very beginning, Darryl Varnum and Adam Novik took the time to properly assess our needs and wants from our next vehicle purchase, and Scott Varnum wrote the sale up per our specific demands with class. They made it well worth the hour drive from our Lincoln County residence to test drive, negotiate, and finalize our new vehicle purchase, in a quick and timely manner. They were confident they could deliver what they promised via email and phone conversations, and over-delivered on their claims. That is what customer service is to us: delivering on the claims that were made, and going beyond our expectations of how customers should be treated. We are very happy with how we were both treated, with respect and attention to what was important to us specifically, not just what "most" people want or need. In other words, a personal experience, not just another customer. Up-front pricing, great selection, quality automobiles, and satisfaction after the sale. We were looking at the Hyundai as they have a 5 star crash rating for being one of the safest vehicles on the road. They are also reliable, with a great warranty. We purchased a new Hyundai from the Dean Team and they did a great job. We were looking for a certain vehicle and they were willing to help us. The sales staff and management were very helpful. We will be working with the Dean Team in the future. FYI.....We had tried two other dealers that were closer in distance to us, but they were not as helpful. Good people who really want to earn your business and be helpful to their customers. I wanted a specific color -the Mocha - which was not available at the dealership. Apparently it is a discontinued color, but Paul searched for me and found exactly what I wanted. It took a few days for the car to arrive, but Paul kept me informed every step of the way and called the minute the car came in. It had more features than I needed, but Dean Team worked with me on price and I am in love with my beautiful, Mocha Santa Fe. Thank you Paul (and Dean Team)! More
