From the very beginning, Darryl Varnum and Adam Novik took the time to properly assess our needs and wants from our next vehicle purchase, and Scott Varnum wrote the sale up per our specific demands with class. They made it well worth the hour drive from our Lincoln County residence to test drive, negotiate, and finalize our new vehicle purchase, in a quick and timely manner. They were confident they could deliver what they promised via email and phone conversations, and over-delivered on their claims. That is what customer service is to us: delivering on the claims that were made, and going beyond our expectations of how customers should be treated. We were looking at the Hyundai as they have a 5 star crash rating for being one of the safest vehicles on the road. They are also reliable, with a great warranty. We purchased a new Hyundai from the Dean Team and they did a great job. We were looking for a certain vehicle and they were willing to help us. The sales staff and management were very helpful. We will be working with the Dean Team in the future. FYI.....We had tried two other dealers that were closer in distance to us, but they were not as helpful. Good people who really want to earn your business and be helpful to their customers.
