We entered the dealership fully anticipating the "traditional car buying experience" and were pleasantly surprised by the professional, knowledgeable, customer-centric approach that Reed had. Unlike other car salesmen that we encountered at other dealerships, Reed focused on our wants and desires while making sure that we didn't feel "rushed" throughout the process. Once we narrowed-in on a particular vehicle, we then met with Scott Varnum (Business Manager) to discuss our financing options. Scott was very helpful in securing a great rate for us and was thorough when explaining/going thru the paperwork (he even paused to offer us time to read thru/double-check the documents for accuracy prior to signing "on-the-dotted-line." In all, if you are looking for a stress-free car buying experience, we recommend you speak with Reed at Dean Team Hyundai! More
Great sales experience Within 10 minutes of first arriving at our first visit at the dealership without an appointment, Greg had asked us what we were looking for, retrieved Within 10 minutes of first arriving at our first visit at the dealership without an appointment, Greg had asked us what we were looking for, retrieved the keys and had the car pulled up to the front door so we didn't have to walk around the lot in the cold. Greg helped prep the backseat for my kids car seats and getting the kids comfortable in the back of the car we wanted to test drive. When we returned from the test drive there was no pressure to buy as we didn't bring our trade in car anyway. A couple days later when I returned to buy the car I got a great price and the negotiation was quick and painless just by presenting my research into market pricing. We got a great deal beyond incentives. I arrived at 9:30am and filling out all the paperwork was as quick as I could expect, about an hour and a half. Some of this time was with Greg, some with Richard in finance, waiting for a credit check, and for my trade in to be reviewed. It did take longer than I would have liked to have the car cleaned and glass etched before departure, but I feel they did they best they could do given all the tasks to be done. Overall, everyone was a pleasure to be around. All in all I left at 12:30, a total of 3 hours at the dealership. The waiting room was stocked with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, free wifi, and plenty of table space to pass the time. More
