My salesperson Harlen was professional and made my time at the dealership enjoyable. He was very informative and made sure to listen to my needs and wants. Upon finalizing the deal I was introduced to Scott in the Finance Department and he quickly got my paperwork finalized. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in assisting with an extended service contract and Total Loss Protection. When I took delivery of the car the General Manager Tom Fascetti was also very helpful. All in all I highly recommend Dean Team Hyundai and Harlen, Scott, and Tom. More

Sales great but Finance not The sales department was super in particular, Andy Miller, but the finance department was not. They used evasive sales pitches, misinformation and agg The sales department was super in particular, Andy Miller, but the finance department was not. They used evasive sales pitches, misinformation and aggressive behavior to meet their individual goals. The worst was Richard Miller, who was combative to me on the phone and refused to accept my decision to cancel my extended warranty. At closing, he gave me misinformation about my manufacturer warranty, and I was not provided with a copy of the extended warranty at signing, In addition, he totally mislead me about the etching process. Scott Varnum covered for Richard when I told him that according to Richard my 2016 vehicle only had a 3 year warranty. Scott said that was for 2015 vehicles which I don't believe is true. This department ruined what was otherwise an enjoyable experience. Hopefully, you can help make the buying process clearer and more professional to the public. More
