We had been using Dean Team Hyundai for service on the totaled Sonata and had always had great experiences with Stan in the Service Department. Going in, we did not expect to purchase that evening. Working with Reed and Scott quickly changed our minds. We drove a couple of Sonata's and decided we liked one enough to want to purchase. Reed made the whole process easy and comfortable- something we haven't experienced at a car dealership before. He was very friendly and knew his way around the vehicles, explaining all of the options on the car to make sure we were comfortable with it and he did it like he was talking with a friend vs. a potential customer. Scott was very easy to work with as well and provided us with a great experience and some valuable advice and assistance on our total loss vehicle. Scott introduced us to Tom just before we left and again, such an easy person to talk to! We love our new Sonata and can say without hesitation that we will recommend Reed, Scott, Stan, Tom and Dean Team Hyundai to friends and family that are in the market for a vehicle! More

I looked at a competitor car at a different dealership and was treated as a mark and felt pressured and bullied into buying a car before I was sure. I came back to Dean Team (now a repeat customer) and had a very wonderful experience. Andy was extremely helpful and patient. I bought an Elantra sedan off the sales floor! They repaired the damage, but I would have either requested a lower price or not purchased the 2016 Elantra. I have had poor experience with another dealer (Saint Charles Automotive) in my area and was giving the Dean Team Hyundai the benefit to treat me fairly. Dean Team Hyundai management is the epitome/stereotype of ""USED CAR SALES "", do not trust them to disclose information even if you ask, hindsight 20/20 I would have gone further to purchase the car." The salesman I worked with, Rich Pfuhl, kept this to a minimum. Before I bought the car, Rich helped my friends set up the Bluetooth on their car. That impressed me. After buying a 2014 Elantra, he helped me sinc my phone and my Kindle to the car and set up three months of Sirius XM. He also got a car manual for me and some paint to touch up a spot on the car. Rich was friendly and helpful. Scott Varnum was also helpful with the paperwork. A fellow Cardinal fan. I also called the service department a few weeks later to ask about oil changes. I talked to Tom who was very helpful and patient with my questions. I would recommend my friends to this dealership. I love the car and all the extra widgets. More
