My car (2020 Genesis G90 with 27,800 miles) has been sitting in their parking lot 9 days and Bill Buchholz can’t seem to get it in to check why the check engine light is on and the car vibrates. It is m sitting in their parking lot 9 days and Bill Buchholz can’t seem to get it in to check why the check engine light is on and the car vibrates. It is my belief that since I called Genesis Corporate to check on this as a warranty issue and they assigned a Case Number, Mr. Buchholz is being vindictive and just letting my car sit, while claiming there are so many vehicles in front of me for service. I suggest if you buy a car here, as I did in 2018 by purchasing a new Genesis G90 from Dean Team, you better saddle up for lousy service and uncaring people when you have a problem. More
