Justin was great to work with, Forthright and honest. I was looking for a used Prius and found this one on-line. Went to dealer and met Justin, test drove the car. It was late so I schedule an appointment I was looking for a used Prius and found this one on-line. Went to dealer and met Justin, test drove the car. It was late so I schedule an appointment to put the car up on a lift in the morning so I could further inspect the car in the day light. He met me in the morning and immediately got the car on the lift. Following the inspection he was great to work with negotiating the final price. It was quick and easy to purchase the vehicle. Most comfortable seat I've had in a vehicle, regardless of make, most recent purchases prior included Audi A6, GMC HD 2500, Mercedes 350 Blutec SUV. Including detail such as the Seat belt buckle. Very ample room for my large size, 5' 11" and 270 lbs. Excellent Steering Wheel adjustment, allows for more driving position comfort. Ease of use of Controls features. Already laughing about the great gas mileage. And, the anticipated low maintenance cost. Very attractive car and, I'm proud to show it to others. Excellent experience After a bad experience with a local Tulsa dealer, I found exactly the G90 I was looking for at Dean Team in Ballwin, MO. Within a short amount of time After a bad experience with a local Tulsa dealer, I found exactly the G90 I was looking for at Dean Team in Ballwin, MO. Within a short amount of time on the phone with Ben French on a Friday afternoon, I agreed to buy/lease the car. Ben called the Oklahoma DMV to determine tax situation and agreed to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership to complete the transaction and deliver my new G90. This is the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I am a long time Lexus LS owner but Genesis won me over. More

Run, don't walk! I have been car shopping in the West County area for 20+ years, and in this year alone, purchased 2, and went shopping tonight for a third. Earlier t I have been car shopping in the West County area for 20+ years, and in this year alone, purchased 2, and went shopping tonight for a third. Earlier this year, I walked out of this dealership, and bought 2 cars elsewhere, after being turned off by Dean Team Hyundai. I completely forgot about that experience, until I was unfortunately reminded why tonight. With the negativity, and condescending attitude of the GM, but it is a wonder that they sell ANY cars. Maybe it's a male chauvinist thing, maybe it's an elitist thing, I'm not sure, but the only car dealer in West County that I have been treated this badly, and walked out angry, or even took the time to write anything about, would be THIS dealership. Being a "neighborhood" business, one would think that they would be far more eager to make a deal, and protect their reputation. The salesman tried his damnedest to make a sale, while the GM was enough to run ANY prospective customer away. They will sell you on the financing first, then make you feel like an idiot for wanting an agreed price on the car, BEFORE they work on financing. I wish I could say anything "nice", but I would honestly leave skid marks before I consider pulling into their lot again Best of luck to those of you who shop here, you'll need it. More
