I really had not planned on buying the vehicle from there, but Andy was the kind of sales guy you hope to get - accommodating, informative, and not at all pushy. Even after we changed our minds on exactly what we wanted a few times, Andy and Tom remained patient and found what we wanted - and it was on their lot! Great Experience I knew what I wanted, but I couldn’t exactly define it. I was looking for that pre-owned vehicle that 1) “Didn’t Look Too Used”, 2) “Didn’t have Too I knew what I wanted, but I couldn’t exactly define it. I was looking for that pre-owned vehicle that 1) “Didn’t Look Too Used”, 2) “Didn’t have Too Many Miles” and 3) “Didn’t Cost Too Much”. Although defining “Too” was difficult, I felt that “I’d know it when I saw it”. I had a list of vehicles (researched online) that I wanted to see, but they were all over the board with regard to make and model. Ben French introduced himself and offered to help, when he saw me wandering around the lot (on a Saturday). He patiently helped as I checked out all of the cars on my “interest list”. We then went into the store and he helped me search for more vehicles that might make my list. Not being able to decide, I set a time to come back (on Monday) and take at least one of the vehicles out for a longer/highway test-drive. On Monday, we worked out the details and I made a purchase. In addition to Ben, I also had conversations with Tim Riley (Sales Manager) and Tom Fascetti (General Manager). Both of whom helped with my comfort regarding both the vehicle and the purchase process. I really appreciate the No Pressure sales approach at Dean Team. This was the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased at Dean Team Hyundai and I will definitely go back when I need another. More
