He even honored the lower price that was posted online a couple of days ago. With the help of Richard Martin we were able to get everything completed today so all I have to do is bring the rest of the down payment when the car is fixed. Not only was the car priced lower, it had fewer miles. My brother and I pulled on the lot, immediately saw the vehicle. Justin Robinson came out, introduced himself, gave us info on the car, and it matched everything quoted on the internet site. After explaining my situation and issue with insurance claims, Justin took my application, introduced me to finance person Adam, and they let me know what was going on every step of the way. It was nearing close of business, yet they completed the processes to insure I was able to drive off the lot with the vehicle on Saturday evening. They were professional, polite, informative, and reassuring. I didn't have any second thoughts or reservations about the purchase. More

It was the only car we had so we needed to get busy and find a replacement car pronto. I had been thinking of buying an updated car for some time but had not seriously considered Hyundai. But on the recommendation of friends we made and appointment with Rich Pfuhl. In no time at all we were shown a Sonata which met all of our criteria. I didn't want to test drive the car myself because I thought I could get the feel of how smooth the car rode etc. if I observed. Rich took my husband and me for a drive around Ballwin on several road surfaces so that we got a very good idea of how the car would feel. He is masterful at explaining and demonstrating all the functions of the car, where the various buttons, levers etc. are so that when we finalized the deal and drove away we were comfortable driving our new 2016 Sonata.
