High Marks for the Dean Team Bryan and I appreciated getting to know Rich Pfuhl, he was willing to do the driving for our test drive so that we could get a feel for the car withou Bryan and I appreciated getting to know Rich Pfuhl, he was willing to do the driving for our test drive so that we could get a feel for the car without having to navigate traffic. Adam Novik was personable and a good business guy, I liked his white shirt and tie ;-) Stan stepped up and was able to explain a couple of technical issues that we brought up. We also had a good time meeting general manager Tom Fascetti. There was a lot of information to absorb in the process of buying our new Sonata, but I'll feel comfortable calling on Rich or Michele when the time comes to work out any service issues. More
