Great Experience and Great Customer Service We went in to purchase a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. We had been to other dealers and had some price commitments and Dean Team was the final stop. We met with Justin who showed us the car we wanted, immediately set us up with a test drive and, once back from that, we discussed the price. Having been elsewhere and discussed pricing at a couple other places I knew what I wanted to pay. Justin didn't mess around. We quickly agreed on the price, signed some papers and were on our way. When we have bought cars in the past we would be able to agree on a price but then have to wait forever to be able to get into the finance manager and finalize everything (last car we bought at another dealer was 2+hrs wait time just to get in to see the finance guy). Adam, the finance manager we worked with, got us in pretty much right away and only kept us in his office for around 15 minutes or so (this also included personal chatting, he is also a really nice guy). This is the least amount of time I have had to spend at a dealership in order to purchase a car. Total time was probably less than an hour. To be able to be out this quickly is nothing short of amazing and impressive. Also, Adam was very nice and quickly explained everything to us. Overall Justin was straightforward with us, honest and completely helpful. Also, no real pressure at all. After we got the car home we had some issues getting the vehicle registered on the MyHyundai page and signing up for the BlueLink service (which came with a trial). I sent Justin an email about it and he took care of it very quickly. If looking to buy a Hyundai in the St. Louis area I really don't think you can do better then Justin and Adam at Dean Team! More

Very easy transaction We bought our first Hyundai in 2004 because of the service warranty (10 years or 100,000 miles bumper to bumper) and we were so pleased with the car We bought our first Hyundai in 2004 because of the service warranty (10 years or 100,000 miles bumper to bumper) and we were so pleased with the car and the service that we decided to buy our new car from the Dean Team again. Justin Flynn was our salesman and he made the purchase of our new car one of the easiest transactions we have ever experienced. Due to a Charter Communications outage that day (thousands of customers out of service due to a storm) we were unable to complete the paperwork so Justin put dealer plates on the car and told us to take it home and when the outage is fixed (the next day) we would come back to complete the paperwork. We completed the paperwork with Justin and Adam Hovik who explaining all the details within the paperwork and made it extremely easy to understand. Justin helped us to understand many of the new options on this car and how to find help for these options later, should we forget. We were on our way out with our new car in less than 1 1/2 hours. It was a great experience. More

Rich, my salesman was great. My salesman was great. He did everything I needed him to do. The finance manager, Richard was awful. He never called me or my loan officer back. If it wasn't for my salesman, I would not recommend this dealership. I am very seriously thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau on the finance manager. More
Black Beauty is my beloved 2013 Hyundai Elantra. She was having some issues and I brought her in to Dean Team for a check-up. While getting her check-up, I was ki is my beloved 2013 Hyundai Elantra. She was having some issues and I brought her in to Dean Team for a check-up. While getting her check-up, I was kindly placed into a loaner vehicle so I could get to work. Later in the day, Michele W contacted me to let me know Black Beauty needed a new engine. I was soo devastated but Michele calmed my fears. She explained the process of requesting a new engine since the car was under warranty and arranged a rental vehicle from Enterprise. The process was surprisingly seamless. While waiting for my engine, Michele kept me apprised as each step was completed. I was thankful to know how my baby was doing and appreciated Michele for being so considerate. About 20+ days later Black Beauty was ready to go with her brand new engine. So the moral of the story is: If you want excellent customer service and reputable repairs--- choose Dean Team Hyundai & ask for Michele W. More
