The process took less than an hour to negotiate (a record for me) and less than an hour the next day to do the paperwork. Everyone I came in contact with actually acted like they cared about my car buying experience, and it worked. I had looked at a Nissan Rogue and Kia Sportage, and both dealership experiences were terrible, especially the St. Charles Nissan dealership. I had purchased 2 Kia's from the Kia dealership and they could have cared less.I helped my son buy a used vehicle 6 yrs ago and Paul remembered it, maybe because he was going to Guam the next day because he is a Navy diver but still he was a nice feeling to be appreciated. More

I called Andy back and said we need the same car. With it being late in the season the supply of a loaded Caribbean Blue was in short supply.
