They also helped me maximize my use of available rebates, discount programs, and finance incentives. Most importantly, when I left the first time needing to talk with family members and think a little longer, they didn't pressure me into staying and making a decision on the spot. While it felt a little creepy how quickly and ow many calls and emails I got from the group after searching their website and making e-inquiries, I can't say I didn't get enough personal attention. I have purchased seven cars on my own at six different dealerships and this was my best experience so far. While it was evident they wanted to close a deal, everyone was friendly, patient, and eager to work with my budget and wish list. More

Not the stereotypical car salesmen I purchased a Hyundai genesis Coupe from them four years ago and initially went back tot test drive a Tuscon for my kid when I noticed the reduced pri I purchased a Hyundai genesis Coupe from them four years ago and initially went back tot test drive a Tuscon for my kid when I noticed the reduced prices on the Sante Fe. After test driving that, I decided to shop a little bit. I contacted Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville figuring I would give them another chance even after the bait & switch tactics they displayed when i purchased the previous car. I received a super low offer that beat Dean Team by several thousand dollars, set up a test drive and met with the salesman there. Only to find out that the price I was given he could not sell the car for. figured he was wasting my time, I might as well waste his, so I test drove the car (he brought up an all wheel drive instead of a front wheel drive which was not even what we were discussing purchasing) and then took it home for the night and called Dean Team. Why did I even waste my time calling anyone else in the first place. Ben & Gary @ Dean Team should have made this a painless purchase but I had to submit myself to the abuse and bait and switch tactics (AGAIN) of Suntrup. When I finally committed to Dean Team, everything was smooth as glass including the financing with Richard. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Dean Team Hyundai is the place to go and the people to deal with if you are looking for a new Hyundai or Genesis. Its like buying a car from your friend. More
