He listened to what we were looking for and also helped us to consider things we hadn't thought about. We've had a great experience using the warranty at this dealership. After about 7 years and 94,000 miles our first Elantra's transmission was acting up. The service department ended up replacing the whole transmission with absolutely no hassle.
