Vincent, first of all I am sorry you feel this way about what happened. I have spoken to Justin Flynn about this and from my understanding you and daughter came in and looked at a silver sonata and you were looking for a white one. Justin sent you pictures of the white one just after you left this car just came in and wasn't even cleaned yet. You came drove the whit sonata and then your wife and daughter came back and drove car, Justin asked if they would like to put a deposit on the car and they said no. After they drove the car I understand you and Justin were texting about warranties and this was on Wednesday and then you made an appointment on Saturday morning. When you arrived Justin told you it was sold. Vincent I understand your frustration but I have 17 salespeople here who are selling cars and without a deposit on a car to hold it, they are all for sale. This process has been like this for a very long time.
