All my questions were answered thoroughly with out making me feel dumb. The staff is very patient kind and helpful. When I need another car I will defiantly be returning to Dean team. Ben was very honest, courteous, and helpful when answering my questions when helping me get my car. I only had to meet with two people, Ben and then I had to meet with one other person when I signed my paperwork-Richard Martin. He was also great and patient going over the paper work and explaining everything to me. I ask a lot of questions since I do not buy cars everyday. Every other place I had to meet with 5 other people it seemed. This is not my first time buying a car but it was the best experience purchasing one. I really do love my new car. I love my Ioniq! Gary Brewer is the best, he went out of his way to drop my cargo screen off at my house on his way home from work. He also took his time to set my service interval! This is the history of my problems that he solved: But not the Dean Team. They're great until they forget they owe you a cargo screen. They smile and say they'll take care of you, but when you walk out the door they forget you. I had my car in for it's 1000 mile checkup and asked them to set the service interval. They told me it was on. I told them it sure looked like it was off. After arriving home I go through my screen settings, "Service Interval Off". Now, maybe I'm stupid, but to me off means off. Thankfully, they may have tightened my rear view mirror, but I didn't discover for hours that they'd left my dome light on in my car. Right now I'm kinda wondering if I need to look for a different dealership to service my car. During my service visit, I inquired at the parts department as to how long my cargo screen would be on backorder. They informed me they were in stock and that it hadn't been ordered. They called the next day to say it was in and I would have to contact Tom Fascetti to pay for it. I left a message and two days later I still hadn't had a phone call. Interesting, as soon as I changed my review to one star, I got a phone call. More
