Hyundai Sales Staff Review My experience was outstanding in every way. And I can say that even though I had a terrible experience with my surgery in the hospital. (ironically My experience was outstanding in every way. And I can say that even though I had a terrible experience with my surgery in the hospital. (ironically that involved medical service personnel). Any interesting fact is that I came in just to look at the Hyundai not the dealership. I was predisposed with a negative impression of the Dick Dean Dealership due to a poor experience at the VW Dealership years ago. And I have a number of relatives and acquaintances with a negative impression (all with the VW dealership). But non-buyers usually don't give feedback. Andy and Jeff totally reversed my opinion, at least regarding the Hyundai Dealership. I was having some medical issues at the time of my purchase. In fact I had to delay my test drive and payment until after I returned from the hospital and was ok'ed to drive (5 days later). The salesman (Andy Miller) probably had to fight off other salesman who wanted to sell the car on which I made a small deposit. Andy was also very considerate making me very comfortable and going out of his way to offer and get water for me or brochures or any other information that I requested. I was very impressed that he was not in any condescending. These remarks also apply to Jason Moore. Because of some of the discomfort I have, I seem to talk incessantly. Both were very gracious and focused on their job at hand. Even several others were helpful with things like helping me with your wifi connection or politely reminding me that I have to leave the key in the car if I want it to stay on for a minute when getting something. [At several OTHER DEALERSHIPS, I had the opposite opinion of the sales person with whom I dealt. They certain didn't understand my sense of humor. they seemed to be put out when I asked how to open hood or trunk]. I had told them and Andy the same thing when I went in. I said I probably wouldn't be buying a car till early next year, since we could get by with one car. I think part of my great experience was by thankfulness for the men who have been in service. It also seems to help them in sales and service careers, for their respect for others. I take pride in my own considerate behavior and had the honor of helping the military through my 40 years of work in guidance and control at McDonnell. . . Boeing. And I am proud of those who serve the Military and law enforcement. More

What was a very stress situation was treated with such professionalism and human kindness, I was truly amazed. The Dean Team, and Frank in particular, went way above and beyond, and it made a huge difference in the way I felt about purchasing a new car too soon! "Unbelievable Service" We have not been car shopping for a long time and put it off due to previous bad experiences. But it was time. We saw a couple of cars on the lot on Sunday, put in the online credit app and waited. Did not hear from anyone on Monday so I did call on Tuesday to follow up and was transferred a couple of times but then... I got a cell number and was able to reach Dave Donnell all day to get him the info he needed. When my husband and I just showed up that eve, no one came to greet us and there were a few employees milling around that could have approached us but didn't, so I just called Dave's cell from the entrance of the store and he came right out and set us up with Paul Thoman to start showing us some cars. And this where it went from mediocre to excellent. He brought out 3 cars, we drove 2, he showed us the Car Fax reports, explained the features, really took time to assess what our needs were to help us make the best decision for us. Even though it was closing time, we did not feel rushed. He even brought out 1 more car, thinking this would be a good option, too and it is the one we ended up buying. His expertise and passion for the Hyundai product was genuine and served us very well. His demeanor was so non-pressure and all about helping us find the best car for us, not for him to sell. He is top-notch and won us over through his excellent customer service! More

Rich was very helpful from start to finish - very friendly and fair. The car I bought was pre-owned and had a few scuffs on the front end that I wanted touched up (which I was told needed to be done the following week). Rich followed up with me immediately to get a time scheduled for me to bring it in and was able to get the touch up finished in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I'm very happy with the car and my experience with Dean Team. More
