Paul (Sales) and Richard (Finance) were AWESOME!! I needed a new vehicle for my family of 5 and I found my new Santa Fe online and contacted Dean Team Hyundai. After listening to what we were looking for he not only brought the Santa Fe I asked about but brought a whole lineup down to the garage so we could take our time and actually for what we needed. He never tried to upsell us or make us feel like we needed something we really didn't. He was AMAZING through the whole process! When it came time for financing, I already had pre-approval from my bank but Richard still looked to see if he could find me a better deal. When he couldn't he sent the Buyer's Order to my bank the way it would normally be sent. My bank decided they wanted it to look a certain way so I made a call and Richard made it happen! I was able to bring the check the next day and now I have my brand new (to us) Hyundai Santa Fe and I couldn't be happier with my car or the service we received!! More
