The buying process was fine and the salesman was good to work with. However, the 2nd day of me driving my new car I ended up with a flat tire. Turns out the rim of the wheel was dented which was why I got a work with. However, the 2nd day of me driving my new car I ended up with a flat tire. The cost to fix the wheel is $800+ which is mentally deflating after buying a car. I called the salesman and manager and they told me I was "out of luck" and there was nothing they can do. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't buy from them ever again unfortunately. More
