What buying a car should be like I was contacted by Jacob Adrian after checking on the web for price ranges. Best experience ever! This is the best car buying experience we have ever had. Rich was always in touch, super accommodating and patient with us. We contacted them because we were interested in a certain vehicle. They responded right away, I was able to come up to the dealership within an hour and Rich had the car sitting out front and already warmed up and ready for a test drive. Better yet, he let me take it home for TWO DAYS before I bought to see how I like it. Once we decided to buy, we were in and out in about an hour and a half. No hassles, no pressure to buy, no excessive sales pitches. This was our first time using Dean Team and Rich and I will never go to anyone else. More

Richard even mentioned it was the end of the month and needed to make another sale. Not professional at all. if a customer says no that many times, drop it. He would be the one reason that would make me get our next car somewhere else. The last time I said no he immediately got rude. Again, not professional Jamal Is amazing. He knows what he’s selling, he is excellent at working with a budget. He is professional, kind and is not the least bit pushy to the customers. My husband met him the day before and recommended I go look at the Hyundai Kona. To be honest buying cars is one of my least favorite things in the world because 99.9% of car salesman that I have encountered over the years are just too much for me. Not Jamal, he is great!! More

I had been in contact with Jake for a few weeks because I wasn't able to come in person until the following month. He was extremely nice, responsive and not pushy from our first email exchange until I walked out with my new Elantra. I am in my 20s and Jake treated me like an equal unlike some older salespeople from past purchases. I had another new car buying experience early this year that involved 2 other dealerships in St. Louis. It was unnecessarily stressful because I had to work with some aggressive salespeople (call wise and in-person) and after my purchase at Dean Team Hyundai- I really think this is how everyone's experience should be. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and explained everything in great detail that we asked about on each vehicle that we looked at. After deciding which one we was going to purchase, the process and paperwork went very easy and quick. Before we drove off in our new Tuscan, Ben went over every little detail pertaining to the functions of the SUV. He even got my bluelink and my phone connected to my car. My wife has purchased 2 vehicles from Dean Team Hyundai and this is my first. I definitely give them the highest rating and I will continue to purchase all my vehicles here. I am very happy and pleased beyond words for my experience. Thank you all. Happy costumer!!!! More
