Service done but below average customer service Went in with a couple issues, my service buddy was William and he was alright at first but had a slight attitude. He asked if I wanted my car washed after my service was done and I told him yes. I was a few minutes late after initial closing and he was waiting for another customer to pick up their truck and told me I was “lucky” he was still there. Defiantly understandable however I arrived before the client he was waiting for, he was talking bad about that customer up until he came in. When I got my car and arrived home I realized they didn’t even wash my car because there was still bird poop on it, mind you this is the second time they forgot to wash my car. The service was done fine, however I was I pleased with the customer experience. More

Awful Experience! This dealership made an already awful and stressful situation even worse. After my father passed away my sister and I called to give notice of death a This dealership made an already awful and stressful situation even worse. After my father passed away my sister and I called to give notice of death as well as faxed a death certificate. My sister and I were asked to take over the lease and when we declined we were bullied into believing we were responsible for the car and remaining payments. When that didn't work we were told they were going to go after his estate (which didn't exist). Lastly we were told we would have to bring the car in to them because they couldn't/wouldn't come get it (even though it was only a mile or 2 down the road). After this experience I will NEVER buy or recommend ford to anyone I know!!! More
