The Works Package I visited Dean Sellers a few months ago for their "The Works" package. Basically checking the brakes/tires/battery and filling up some liquids. Less than 5k miles later, the battery is dead and the brakes are basically gone. When I asked about it at the dealership, I was told that they let the previous mechanic go because they did sloppy work/skipped steps. I was told that it wasn't the dealership's fault that the mechanic (which they pay) didn't do their job. As I needed my car for work, I gave the go ahead to replace it all and get another "The Works" package to make up for the last one I didn't get but paid for (Which I wasn't initially given. I had to negotiate with them to get this taken off the bill). Now a fun fact about Dean Sellers is that they close at 6pm on Fridays and aren't open on the weekends anymore. I picked up my car after work around 5:30pm and didn't leave until close to 5:45pm. I drive off expecting everything to be fixed and taken care of as I just paid a large sum of money on fixing my car. As soon as I hit the highway, the low engine coolant light turns on. As it was after 6pm on Friday by that time, Dean Sellers was already closed and wouldn't be open until Monday. I had to take my car to a different place to find out what was going on with my car. Apparently the mechanics at Dean Sellers did a sloppy job again, even spilling different liquids on my car engine. I would not recommend visiting this place. More

No hassles! I called last minute for an oil change, and was told it would be approximately 45 minutes. Perfect Service Experience I purchased my 2017 Fusion at a different dealership (Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights) and had an issue where the windshield washer fluid motor stop I purchased my 2017 Fusion at a different dealership (Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights) and had an issue where the windshield washer fluid motor stopped working. I contacted Suburban to make an appointment and was told they would not be able to look at my car for 3 WEEKS! I was told I could drop off my car but they wouldn't be able to diagnose it. As the weather forecast had rain and snow, I considered this a safety issue and was forced to look elsewhere for help. I called Dean Sellers and spoke to the service adviser Clive Hibburt. He indicated I could bring my car in the following morning and they could get it in right away. Sure enough, I dropped the car off, and got an immediate shuttle ride to my office. The car was ready by 3 PM the same day and the shuttle came back to pick me up around 4. I got a reasonably priced oil change while my car was in and couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely consider purchasing my next car from Dean Sellers, as service is important. More
