Thank you for your response, Liz, but I have spent so much money in your dealership the past 6 years, the fact you had to take time to even think about this egregious behavior on the part of Shareek and your service staff, as well as Dean Jr, not having the ability to to use good judgement to make things right with me on the phone immediately, says a lot. I have suffered through many poor service jobs to remain with your dealership and this was the big, gigantic final straw. This was a no brainer, period. When Dean said to me, "our business is so competitive we can't turn our backs on customers like you", I felt he gets it. But obvious, as a family dealership, you don't. BTW, B and B Colission, did an amazing job on the repair of my hood, it looks awesome. I will not be back to your dealership.
