Fleet Vehicle Service I am in charge of our 4 fleet vehicles-3 of which needed work for recalls and also needed oil changes. I typically take the cars to a local mom & pop I am in charge of our 4 fleet vehicles-3 of which needed work for recalls and also needed oil changes. I typically take the cars to a local mom & pop shop for oil changes but since I had to go to the dealer for the recalls I got approval to have the oil changes there as well. I received exceptional service, particularly great Service Advisor-Arthur Wilson III. He was professional and efficient, keeping me well informed along the way. I was so impressed that after the fleet cars were taken care of I decided to take my own personal car to Dean Sellers rather than the dealership that I have purchased 2 cars from and is walking distance to my home. More

Perfect Service Experience I purchased my 2017 Fusion at a different dealership (Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights) and had an issue where the windshield washer fluid motor stop I purchased my 2017 Fusion at a different dealership (Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights) and had an issue where the windshield washer fluid motor stopped working. I contacted Suburban to make an appointment and was told they would not be able to look at my car for 3 WEEKS! I was told I could drop off my car but they wouldn't be able to diagnose it. As the weather forecast had rain and snow, I considered this a safety issue and was forced to look elsewhere for help. I called Dean Sellers and spoke to the service adviser Clive Hibburt. He indicated I could bring my car in the following morning and they could get it in right away. Sure enough, I dropped the car off, and got an immediate shuttle ride to my office. The car was ready by 3 PM the same day and the shuttle came back to pick me up around 4. I got a reasonably priced oil change while my car was in and couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely consider purchasing my next car from Dean Sellers, as service is important. More

I hate my Ecosport I leased my Ecosport a couple weeks ago. I took it on a Saturday, that Monday I called the dealership to let them know how much I hate this vehicle, t I leased my Ecosport a couple weeks ago. I took it on a Saturday, that Monday I called the dealership to let them know how much I hate this vehicle, they even had me come in to the dealership to see what could be done. I was hoping to upgrade but was told that there was nothing that could be done since the title had been done. They told me if I had brought it back they same day that I took it they would have been able to get me out of the vehicle. I told them that I got the Ecosport on a Saturday, they were closed so I couldn't bring it back but I contacted them on Monday when they were open again. I was told that the only way I could get out of the lease on the Ecosport was to do a buyout, which would ultimately cost me thousands of dollars, so now I am stuck for 3 years with a vehicle I can't stand. More

Luckily I was matched up with Tom Hayes, he was very honest about the truck's condition up front and wasn't at all trying to push the sale. Drove out to look at the truck, was exactly as he described. It did have a few physical blemishes that the dealership will be taking care of. In 1 week I've put 1,000 miles on the truck with no issues. Can't say enough about Tom... my credit union totally dropped the ball due to being "swamped" but Tom was super patient and stayed over an hour after they'd closed (on a Friday) to make sure we could get this done. More

He asked if I wanted my car washed after my service was done and I told him yes. I was a few minutes late after initial closing and he was waiting for another customer to pick up their truck and told me I was “lucky” he was still there. Defiantly understandable however I arrived before the client he was waiting for, he was talking bad about that customer up until he came in. When I got my car and arrived home I realized they didn’t even wash my car because there was still bird poop on it, mind you this is the second time they forgot to wash my car. The service was done fine, however I was I pleased with the customer experience. More
