Elder Ford Discriminated and Dean Sellers Saved the Day! Had one of my worst customer experiences in my life at Elder Ford. Was discriminated against, told to leave. Went to Dean Sellers and had the recall taken care of in 3 hours. Went from 12 hours with no work completed to 3 hours and done. I can't thank Dean Sellers and Matt enough. The Best of Ford Dean Sellers Ford is an idea dealership, the staff is always assisting customers when they arrive at the dealership. I enjoy that I'm known by name on Dean Sellers Ford is an idea dealership, the staff is always assisting customers when they arrive at the dealership. I enjoy that I'm known by name once I get into the service area. My tech person "William" always greets me and ask me "shat service " if there are other things needed he recommend them to me. I have two Ford Motor companies vehicles and I bring both of them to Dean Sellers, a Explorer and MKT.
