Absolutely love Dean Sellers!! From their sales people to their service department. Very rarely do I have to wait even a minute before someone greets me as I get out of my car when I take it on for service! their service department. Very rarely do I have to wait even a minute before someone greets me as I get out of my car when I take it on for service! I get a call and/or text to advise my car is ready for pick up, which is usually within a couple hours max! They drive you back to work when you drop your car off for service. Highly recommend Dean Sellers Ford for anyone looking for a first class, service oriented, customer satisfaction dealership on all levels!! More

100% Customer Satisfaction I brought my vehicle in for one safety recall and dropped it off. While they had my car, Dean Sellers Ford Service Department also did two additional I brought my vehicle in for one safety recall and dropped it off. While they had my car, Dean Sellers Ford Service Department also did two additional recalls so I wouldn't have to be inconvenienced to bring it in again. Now that is service! They put their customers first. The Service Manager Will is friendly and very professional, He explained everything including what they were doing and why. My car was completed on time and ready for me when I arrived. I highly recommend Dean Sellers Ford for all of your service needs.They take care of you after the sale! More

EdRoss Purchased two (2) 2019 Ford Flex's We bought two (2) 2019 Ford Flex SEL AWD vehicles from Dean Sellers in early 2019, one for my wife and one for myself. The trade-in values on our old We bought two (2) 2019 Ford Flex SEL AWD vehicles from Dean Sellers in early 2019, one for my wife and one for myself. The trade-in values on our old cars were better than I expected and our salesperson, Andrea, spent a lot of time getting us all available rebates and the best finance arrangements. We have had a couple of minor issues that required service and they were resolved quickly and efficiently. We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years and have always been very satisfied with Sales and Service. More
