People called when they said they would and they got me in and out on a Monday in the middle of a snow storm! Darlene Paul our sales person whom we've purchased several cars from even called me the day after yo make sure the problem was resolved. While I was waiting for the courier to bring my car around I was approached by 3 people asking if I needed help! What a great team! More

Poor service On October 3rd I took my NEW (less than 4000 miles) Ford EDGE into DEAN SELLERS for service because the CHARGING SYSTEM SERVICE NOW warning light was On October 3rd I took my NEW (less than 4000 miles) Ford EDGE into DEAN SELLERS for service because the CHARGING SYSTEM SERVICE NOW warning light was coming on. Technician 710 looked at it and said they could not duplicate the symptoms and had cleared the fault codes before they looked at them, they returned it to me the same day. When driving home that day the warning light came on again. On October 15th while driving to work the light came on again and I smelled an electrical / plastic burning odor. I took it in again, with the warning light still on, and asked for a loner vehicle they said they didn't have any available so I had to rent one from Enterprise. This is a company fleet vehicle that was not bought at DEAN SELLERS but they are right around the corner from the office so that's where we take our Fords (6 of them) for service. In the afternoon on October 16th they said they ordered a new alternator and were waiting for the part to come in. On October 18th at 2:09 pm they said the alternator was in, on October 21st at 9:31 am they said the tech was working on the Edge. At 12:59 pm they said the Edge was complete and ready to pick up I was at a customer and couldn't pick it up until October 22nd at 7:45 am. While driving the Edge that afternoon the warning light came back on. I texted Will and told him, he said to bring it back in. I told him I would need a loaner and he said he would have one for me. On October 23 at 7:00 am I took the Edge back in BUT they would not give me a loner vehicle because the insurance on the Edge is in the company's name and not mine. So I had to rent another vehicle from Enterprise. Today is October 29th and THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE EDGE. And my company is still paying for a rental. Needless to say WE WILL NOT BE USING DEAN SELLERS FORD FOR ANY FUTURE SERVICE. They did all our oil changes and repairs for all our Fords. More

Ford Quality is not there. I took it in for breaks they then found leaky shocks. I put $1100.00 in it a month earlier I understand breaks wearing out but am disappointed in havi I took it in for breaks they then found leaky shocks. I put $1100.00 in it a month earlier I understand breaks wearing out but am disappointed in having to have the other repairs on it, it only has 50,000 miles on it and I take it in for all routine maintenance so very under whelmed on Ford and the quality. The dealer had the work done in one day that was nice they asked me if I wanted it washed I said yes it looked like they sprayed it with a hose. The wheels were so full of grease I went directly to a car wash spent $20 dollars it still wasn't clean so I went home and scrubbed them. I would say the dealer was fast but spending $12,000 I thought it at least could of been returned clean. My complaint is more with Ford quality than with the dealer. More
