Disappointed that the dealership is selling and pushing oil changes at 3500 miles. the new cars can go 10,000 before they need an oil change! also, my last visit i paid for the full service with tire rot oil changes at 3500 miles. the new cars can go 10,000 before they need an oil change! also, my last visit i paid for the full service with tire rotations.....left the dealership with poor tie pressure in one tire and ended up with a flat tire the same week. how did you not catch that with my $50.00 service?? Recall issue solved fast I hate to admit but I was laxed when it came to taking my vehicle in for the recall of my airbag. Working full time I didn't want to take much time o I hate to admit but I was laxed when it came to taking my vehicle in for the recall of my airbag. Working full time I didn't want to take much time off from work to address this. After receiving many notices, one was sent that really got my attention. So, I called and you were able to get me in the very next day. When I heard it would take an hour to an hour and a half, they took me to me home and told me they would text when it was ready. An hour later I was able to pick up my car. I was also told if it was going to take longer, I would be supplied a car to get me to work the following day. It was so easy I will not delay next time I receive a recall. More

Absolutely love Dean Sellers!! From their sales people to their service department. Very rarely do I have to wait even a minute before someone greets me as I get out of my car when I take it on for service! their service department. I get a call and/or text to advise my car is ready for pick up, which is usually within a couple hours max! They drive you back to work when you drop your car off for service.
