Unable to fix 2017 Escape. Problem persists. Took our 2017 Escape in for the safety recall. We also have been having a problem with the car "shutting off" at a stand still. service rep said tha Took our 2017 Escape in for the safety recall. We also have been having a problem with the car "shutting off" at a stand still. service rep said that they have seen this problem before & that the computer needed to be re-mapped?? I was informed that the crankcase sensor was the problem. "After" vehicle was said repaired, problem has happened again. I also asked the dealership to give me a trade in price for my 2017 Escape. No price was given to me. I guess there not interested in sell me a new car. More

Tire Maintenance Our Ford Edge had a slow leak in the front passenger tire and we took it in for repair. Upon examination, it was determined that there was a slit in Our Ford Edge had a slow leak in the front passenger tire and we took it in for repair. Upon examination, it was determined that there was a slit in the tire that could not be repaired. Dealership had to order a new replacement tire. Service manager informed up of the situation and the estimated time it would take to finish the job. He offered a ride for us if needed and that he would keep us informed of the progress. The tire was mounted in the time period indicated and we were informed as promised. An excellent experience. More
