Had a transmission issue with a 2019 escape. Called dealer to be towed and was told I needed to call a tow truck. Later found out Ford should of assisted with this. Ford did not help with towing, who has an issue with a fairly new vehicle and could not get a loaner. Person I saw to pick up when work was done, did not care in the least.
